I'm perfectly okay with the software Excellent

What do you like best about ShipLinx TMS?

.When using TracLinx track & trace yiu have almost in one for your logistics tracking

What do you dislike about ShipLinx TMS?

I do not really have detest about the software but sometimes server are down

What do you like best about ShipLinx TMS?

The dedicated account manager. Proactive work with freight vendors. Organized data and insights.

What do you dislike about ShipLinx TMS?

Fixed cost carrier models (private fleet, dedicated 3rd party fleets, etc.) are difficult to manage in the Paylinx system.

What problems is ShipLinx TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

standardized billing for freight invoices. Identifying and addressing trends in cost.

Software works well

What do you like best about ShipLinx TMS?

The ability to link this software with our ERP Software.

What do you dislike about ShipLinx TMS?

When we need changes made there is no sense of urgency from Customer Service

What problems is ShipLinx TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

ShipLinx does a good job of "talking" with our ERP Software which has freed up time for data entery.
