Shipfusion is a great partner. Our account managers Laurie and Whitney provide excellent support. D2C orders are shipped promptly and with very low errors. The team is always willing to provide solutions for new ideas. Any feedback is genuinely taken and improvements are made on demand or worked into larger workflows.

We’ve been very happy with Shipfusion as our fulfillment partner. Accuracy and speed have been strong, but the most impactful part of the relationship has been the ongoing communication. The biweekly meetings with our account manager give us a chance to review performance, flag potential issues (like growing transit times in certain regions), and stay ahead of anything that could affect our customers. It feels like a true partnership.

Usually, I don't leave reviews, unless I am not happy. However, with ShipFusion, I was and am happy to an extend that I requested their TrustPilot to leave them a review. Here's what made me supper happy; Their system is custom made so it didn't only met all of my requirements but also fulfilled all of my 5K+ backlog orders in couple of days. More importantly, they are very responsive (you'd be lucky if Martin is your account manager). Plus, I can't thank Marin enough for spending countless number of hours with me on Zoom ensuring that everything is perfect, and offering me great advises in terms of restructuring my fulfilment process in easier way
