Working with ShipBob has been a game-changer for our fulfillment strategy. Their platform is intuitive, reliable, and continuously evolving — we’ve seen regular improvements and new features that make managing logistics smoother every quarter. A special shoutout to our account manager, Ann Daniel, who has been phenomenal to work with. She’s attentive, proactive, and truly invested in our success. Whether it’s helping us navigate FBA prep logistics, customizing packing workflows, or offering advice on optimizing our fulfillment operations, Ann always goes above and beyond.

We've found that our orders are consistently out on time (UK warehouse only at this stage), sometimes even going above and beyond, with orders being picked outside cutoff. Our account manger Ann, is easy to reach out to, and when things do go wrong which inevitably does happen in warehousing, we get good visibility for the path to improve. I like the interface, its clean and easy to understand. We've been at Shipbob 3 years now, and have only improved and grown together. Its easy to implement (think turnkey solution) and if you want to add more markets, they all very helpful in that process. I use Shipbob daily for reference.

I would like to see more control over inventory. Should we have to put a batch on hold, I would like the ability to do it myself, rather than reach out to support. I understand that Shipbob is a fantastic interface for those with little experience in warehousing, as you can just plug and play easy enough, but for those with a deeper understanding/experience in supply chain, more control would be appreciated. I'd like to be able to select batches for specific B2C orders as well as put some batches on hold from my side, instantly.

More reporting is always good too.
