Not Great for Administrators

What do you like best about ShieldQ?

Security. It is PCI compliant, which makes this product useful for financial industries.

What do you dislike about ShieldQ?

One of the biggest flaws with ShieldQ is the inability to control queues at an administrative level. We are forced to walk the “owners” through linking their numbers to groups and setup email notifications. A user also cannot own multiple numbers, which is why Brian Mier and I have fax numbers.
