It’s clean, easy to use, and helps my brokers capture leads and track their activity. Love the built-in email tools and registration tracking—makes staying on top of things way easier. We use it for every listing. It was very easy to get integrated because they imported all of your listings for you.

The brochure builder isn’t quite there yet. It works well for simple brochures, but ours are a bit more advanced. That said, it’s still in beta, so I’m excited to see how it evolves. That said, customer service has been phenomenal. They're always on top of it, and have worked to fixed any issues that I've had.

It’s cut out the messy parts of our workflow—especially with confidentiality agreements. No more spreadsheets or manual emails just to send a CA. It also keeps our brokers organized and gives us real visibility into who's engaging with listings, so we can follow up smarter and close deals faster.

There isn't anything I would change - it's a super easy platform to leverage and helps convey the key information about properties and then manage the engagement with prospective tenants with ease.

Our account manager and support team have been amazing. Timely support and changes are made quickly. They supported us when we were looking to integrate the listing page into our new website and it felt seemless. The platform is easy to use/navigate and the help section is very informative.

There are some features that have yet to be built out but they are still really great about hearing your suggestions and making note of them

It is very easy to use and manage. We give access to outside broker's marketing personnel, so we have multiple outside users and not one person has had a hard time learning the software.

The functionality is basic and limited. Those that wish to truly customize are limited.

If you're looking for something quick and easy, SharpLaunch is a great tool. If you're looking for total customization, it's limited.

SharpLaunch is a good way to link our owned properties to our main website, while maintaining individual sites for each property.
