I like that everything is in one spot - share and related content. And most importantly the support, even for the free version, is well beyond expectations! Support means everything to me as a solo blogger. Shareaholic is top-notch!

Some of the set up is a bit complicated. But it's doable.

My Shareaholic crashed and the support team (Jay) found that it was a JS problem from my caching plugin. I would've never discovered that one.

Nothing to dislike - use the functions you require for your site and leave the rest inactive.

Shareaholic solves many marketing problems and allows owners to maximize profit potential from the web site.

The support is incredible! I allowed them to get into my site to fix and issue and they LITERALLY fixed and update the plugin for everyone. There are so many features to the sharing which is way more than I expected.

So far so good! I can't think of anything I don't like about it. Currently on a sub domain until it goes live but all is good during development.

The ability to share based on my preferences and easy setup.

I recently started using the free version of Shareaholic and encountered a problem that I thought the plugin was causing (turns out it wasn't the problem at all). I got in touch with their support team to find a resolve. A pleasant guy by the name of Jay replied back and was very eager to help. What I didn't realize was that Jay is the developer and wrote the software. He quickly diagnosed the problem and turns out my site was experiencing a completely different problem that I wouldn't have caught in a million years. The guy ran through hoops to help me and I'm completely impressed with the plugin interface too, as it's easier than most to navigate. I am upgrading to the paid version because the developer stands behind his work and beyond.

Nothing to contribute here...sorry. But I'll let you know if I do.

The product is backed by the developer who is obviously trying to create a win-win. One word....

Shareaholic offers a great and easy to use Wordpress plugin to help share our great content with even more users. Very user-friendly yet with plenty of robust offerings.

The free version does have quite a bit of functionality, but more could always be added.

The features, compatibility and team (especially Jay) are the best, and we have tried many social share and growth tools. It is great to have a team that is committed to making the features as best as they possibly can be to help us fulfill our mission!

There is nothing I would change. The tools and experience are excellent.

I loved how I quickly got a response on Twitter and again on live chat. I really appreciate Jay who literally hand-held me through the process of setting up the plugin (and I am not at all a technical person!!!) - and voila everything worked just fine! I know with my free plugin, I am not entitled to that much time and patience from a support agent (I did get the bot at first), but more than getting things sorted, the very fact that Jay was determined to help me through this was most appreciated!

Nothing to dislike! Oh, I did hate the bot at first, but that was quickly sorted and I got a human!

Problems: the free plugin wasnt recording all the FB likes.

Benefits:

The product is very robust and advanced with many configuration options. But what I was most impressed with is that I was able to easily and effectively communicate with the developer to ask questions. The feature I was most interested in (Related Posts) did not work well with my type of site, which is stock images (www.kozzi.com). I talked to Jay and we were able to make a simple modification to their algorithm that made the results excellent. This modification will make it in a future version.

From what I read in the documentation, you are able to apply CSS styling to fine-tune the related posts display. What I would like to see in the support documents are examples that I can cut and paste to further refine the final look.

I really needed a Related Posts plugin that was more than the standard Wordpress function. I needed a true related posts based on not only tags or categories, but site title and body text. As the site I am building will be tens of thousands of pages, and built for SEO, I need it fast. Shareaholic uses an innovative Cloud-based concept with its own spider to create a robust service that also reduces server load.

I have used shareaholic app for many years in a heavily loaded website and it works like a charm. However, what is most important is that they have a great customer service. Very fast and very kind. Once I had a problem that I couldn't figure out that was connected not with the app but with my website they didn't just give me advice of how to solve the problem, they personally took care of the problem. This is not common at all.

I don't think there is something that I dislike.

Personally for me the most important part is being able to communicate with the people who make the app when there is a problem. And these guys respond fast and accurately. This is really important.

It is a great app for all your share needs.

Jay has gone above and beyond to help me fix some HTML issues, giving me guidance and specific codes to use. He was so helpful and quick to respond. I switched to Shareaholic because I loved that it could pull old social shares and combine them with new totals when I switched to https. This product was so easy to use and set up - even someone scared of HTML like me can do it.

So far I haven't found anything that I dislike with this product

This is giving me combined social shares from before and after I switched to https which wasn't something the other share service I was using could do. All those years of sharing lost if it wasn't for Shareaholic. Their customer service has been helpful and quick to respond.
