I use ServiceNow Security Operations for incident tickets and the traceback of audit, which is really helpful for governance. I like the security aspect of it, and I appreciate that it offers easy access and a worklog feature. The setup was very easy, making it convenient to get started.

The export function could be better in generating reports with pie charts
