Great for scheduling maintenance services. If you have used Qxpress, it is just as nuanced, but better. Reoccuring jobs, marketing, etc. I would highly recommend it for any lawn/landscape maintenance provider. After using this cloud based software, I would never go back to desktop.

Anytime we have had an issue, help has been fast and efficient. Yes, you do get a low level person when calling in sometimes, but they will escalate it quickly if it is obvious that needs done.
We have had a few hiccups with invoice customization, etc. Just minor details. Overall, I can't really think of one major gripe.
With software, fit is a big key. If you are a recurring service provider, make sure to check this out.

The efficiency and integration of data. We are able to create an account for a new lead, convert them to a client, add their payment information, create and send an estimate, convert that estimate into a job which is dispatched on the scheduled day, then mark that job completed from the field, charge their account from the field, and email a receipt all with a few clicks and with ZERO double entry!
Would like more detailed email functions for talking back and forth with customers and being able to track that within SA. Outgoing emails work great, but the response from customer does not integrate back into SA but rather appear in the inbox of the email address.
Estimate templates that were a bit more customizable would be nice (something along the lines of your "drag and drop" website builders like weebly or wix).
We would like to be able to add a client's new credit card number to their account from the mobile app.

We have been able to streamline, improve and drastically increase profitability by using Service Autopilot to manage all of our daily operations, including all of our lead, client, scheduling, customer service, estimating, time sheet tracking and billing. We also use the two-way sync with quickbooks desktop premier to make quick work of accounting and report preparation.

This is an awesome software for companies doing any kind of maintenance services. There is lots of flexibility in the way scheduling and routing can be accomplished.
We do so many different services for a large number of clients. Keeping everything scheduled properly and with the correct notes to help the crews get the jobs done right is important. Service Autopilot is the best solution we have found for getting this done. Since we switched, we now schedule and invoice much more quickly than with our previous software.

PROS: I am a small business and as the Owner I have to run everything. I am the manager, secretary, marketer, mechanic, field worker, estimator and everything else. I can not afford to hire a secretary and I have no one to help with my day to day operations in the office. I switched over to Service Autopilot in 2012 and it instantly propelled me beyond anything I was already doing. I have not used a piece of paper since 2012 and all the work is dispatched electronically to the help by way of their smartphones or even a tablet device that I supply. This system helps me run every aspect of my business. I email all my invoices and my 90% of my clients use the client portal and instantly pay their invoices. Just the fact that it takes me seconds to send every invoice out at once and in most cases get paid the same day ( By the good customers ) It is worth it just based on that. If you are true to the system and feed it the information it needs it will amaze you in what it will do for you. In the beginning it takes some work getting it set up to the way you like it in creating the forms and such. But you are going to have to do that with any system you work with. I could go on much much more and it is really hard in a couple paragraphs to sum it up. It has meant a great deal to my business and if you are a small guy that is overwhelmed doing it all yourself then setting up a service Autopilot account will be the best thing you ever did. The most important thing I can not stress enough is these guys have hands down the best customer service you will ever get. That is a major sticking point when you use a system and these guys have surpassed greatness in this department.
CONS: I really can not come up with any and if there is anything it might be just getting it set up but that goes for anything. They do sync up with quickbooks so if you already are set up on that your SA setup will be a breeze.
