I liked that I was able to duplicate jobs for multiple people who were on the same cases. I also liked being able to look up people by job numbers in case we needed to look back some info really quick or if we needed to relay info to a server.

I didn’t like that sometimes if there was a job from years ago that was archived, it would still pop up when searching for a new job that has the same number as that old job. Also, sometimes if files didn’t upload correctly, it would show as if nothing was wrong until I actually click on the link and see if everything is correct. That is tedious and slows down efficiency.

With serve manager, making it easier to pass on information about individuals who need to be served among servers. Also it is confidential yet easy to access.
