Because SEON has so many different functions, it's always difficult for a new user to understand its intricacies. Network analysis is also not always user-friendly, as it doesn't include all the necessary parameters and requires customising the rules.

In addition, they provide AML module which complements the checks and scoring. It greatly helps to save time and maxime the detection.

SEON enriches existing data sources like no other provider, and it comes with a very clear web UI, solid accompanying documentation, and splendid customer support. Continuous data enchantments are also a point to note down.

Some features still lack automated fixes, such as handling larger batch-import uploads, although the support system has been proactive in helping address these issues.

Seon nos permite crear reglas y alertas que pueden adaptarse a distintos tipos de fraude o a diferentes grupos fraudulentos. Además, con el tiempo ha ido evolucionando y mostrando mejoras en la visualización de los datos, lo que facilita una toma de decisiones más rápida.

Al momento de crear alertas o reglas, el lenguaje y la forma de configurarlas resultan demasiado técnicos, orientados principalmente a Data Analytics. En muchos casos, los analistas de fraude no cuentan con ese nivel de conocimiento técnico, lo que dificulta su uso. Sería ideal que estas funciones fueran más “amigables” e intuitivas para facilitar su configuración.

En nuestro caso, nos brinda la opción de contar con Black List and White para bloquear datos fraudulentos. Además, permite implementar o adaptar las reglas de acuerdo con los nuevos productos o desarrollos que tenga la empresa.
