I don't really have any dislikes. However, I think there are some improvements that can be made. It does have a lot of marketplaces and couriers already integrated, but more can be added on.
I have more than 10 sales channels that I need to manage orders. Anchanto makes it so that I can collect all the orders from all the sales channels at once to Anchanto OMS. This is really helpful. Also, it keeps perfect inventory across all the sales channels so I don't need to worry about overselling.
I like the ease of use and the ability to customize the system to fit my business needs. The interface is intuitive and the features are comprehensive. Anchanto Order Management System also integrates with major ecommerce platforms and shipping carriers, which is a great time-saver. On top of that, the customer support team is always very helpful and responsive to any questions I have.

By using Selluseller, Zinus can instantly sync our stock level to many online marketplaces. This is exceptionally important during Mega Campaign planning, in which we can view our inventory status to determine whether it has been sold out. If it has been sold out, we can react quickly for other planned flash sales/ campaigns. We are also able to list new products faster than doing it on individual platforms.
There are still some bugs on the app from time to time, but the response from the support team in SelluSeller and our account manager, Saidatul Akmal is swift, and they can provide us with assistance we need.
Example: Previously buffer stock function was not working; 100 quantities with 20 in buffer stock will still sell out totally. With the OMS improvement, the 20 quantities in buffer stock will be blocked out and prevented from selling.
