What do you like best about scaleMatters?

The team is super knowledgeable to define CRM strategy and then extremely responsive to implement.

What do you dislike about scaleMatters?

Nothing really...they are very responsive and a great team to work with

What problems is scaleMatters solving and how is that benefiting you?

RevOps, Salesforce implementation, migration from Hubspot to Salesforce for CRM, reporting and business intelligence for weekly, monthly, quarterly reports.

What do you like best about scaleMatters?

They're an integrated part of our team and work within our entire tech stack. I don't need to decide how to staff projects appropriately because they do it for me and simply deliver the work.

And the people are great! You get access to top-tier operations professionals you typically wouldn't hire until Series C or later delivered through a model you can afford at Series A.

What do you dislike about scaleMatters?

I have yet to run into any downsides of working with scaleMatters.

What problems is scaleMatters solving and how is that benefiting you?

scaleMatters helps me understand our GTM performance and where to make investments in sales and marketing. RevOps is hard to get right early on with a limited team - scaleMatters helps us act like a larger organization by providing a blend of resources and expertise we would never get in a single hire.

Team is flexible and super responsive. Willing to go above and beyond to help further the organizational goals.

What do you dislike about scaleMatters?

Nothing comes to mind, they have provided rev-ops leadership at a fraction of the price.

What problems is scaleMatters solving and how is that benefiting you?

scaleMatters has helped completely transform our siloed tech stack and helped us implement better tools and processes. Now they are on to support our revenue teams and provide direction on how to hit our company-wide goals.

Describe the project or task scaleMatters helped with:

RevOps as a service (implemented, optimized, and maintains our technology stack for sales and marketing) and implementation of Sell Science to provide visibility into our various marketing and lead gen strategies.

What do you like best about scaleMatters?

The team was super responsive, the implementation was smooth, and Sell Science helps us identify which strategies are working, and which aren't so we can optimize our spend.

What do you dislike about scaleMatters?

Nothing comes to mind: The team is great, and Sell Science helps us identify areas of concern with our strategy execution before it's too late to make course corrections.

What problems is scaleMatters solving and how is that benefiting you?

RevOps as a service helps us avoid additional headcount to manage the RevOps stack. Sell Science allows us to carefully analyze what Marketing strategies are producing meaningful engagement with prospects, and ultimately identify our most efficient demand gen activities. This has made it much easier to optimize our Marketing spend.

Describe the project or task scaleMatters helped with:

scaleMatters RevOps team came in and cleaned up our data which was a mess, and reconfigured our siloed tech stack. Then they started supporting our Go-to-Market teams on an ongoing basis and layered on their revenue intelligence software that made it super easy to pull accurate reports across all our strategies. They also provided analysis and insights regularly for how we could improve our GTM processes, strategies, and team member performance.

What do you like best about scaleMatters?

It's a tie between their awesome RevOps team managing our tech stack and supporting us with reporting and data integrity...and their software which makes it easy to see month over month or quarter over quarter how we are performing, pipeline contribution, etc. This helped us allocate money to the right channels.

What do you dislike about scaleMatters?

That I didn't use them in previous companies I ran marketing for!

What problems is scaleMatters solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before scaleMatters we struggled with three things - data integrity, we also struggled with not just the data integrity but what does that data actually mean for us as an organization or as team members? Lastly, how do we use that information to make decisions and strategies moving forward? After we started working with scaleMatters, I don't have to think twice about the integrity of the data, it's just super easy to pull those reports from our entire funnel and then go to a board meeting and present them and then be able to develop and present a strategy based on those reports.”

What do you like best about scaleMatters?

Modern Tech Stack Knowledge: The modern tech stack can be daunting, but scaleMatters made it easy to implement, understand, and optimize.

Business/Sales Acumen: Sales can be fluid - particularly when introducing changes to organization and process. scaleMatters gave clear and sound direction to help set achievable goals.

People: Along with the many technical aspects, each of their employees displays on a daily basis how much they care about what they do and how they can help.

What do you dislike about scaleMatters?

My only dislike is that we didn't start using them earlier. The benefits, efficiencies, and insights they provide help us operate at a much better rate than previously realized.

What problems is scaleMatters solving and how is that benefiting you?

scaleMatters helped us capture more sales funnel data, while giving accurate business intelligence, and assisting with go-to-market strategy for a new product offering.

They understand the fluid natures of sales and revenue operations, and show their knowledge by providing insight into the best setup for short and long-term success.

The modern tech stack can be daunting, but scaleMatters alleviated that - allowing us to stick with the primary focus: growing our business. They improved marketing materials and presence, provide insight into the entire sales funnel and processes, and help optimize conversions.
