I use Seismic LiveSocial to track the engagement on posts shared by our company, and it makes it easier to measure the impact of these shared posts. I like that the user interface acts as a mission control dashboard to monitor activities, providing a single view of all engagement metrics. The initial setup was very easy, which I appreciate.

Seismic's LiveSocial enables our teams to deliver engaging social and buying experiences. The personalized content, multichannel seller activation, and revenue growth levers are very helpful. The social activation capability of amplifying social media across channels is amazing. It is also great for enablement across sales and GTM teams.

There are often a number of software updates and UX/UI updates across Seismic LiveSocial that make it challenging to fully train and enable our teams on the platform.

We are looking to share content and collaborate effectively across teams. We are also looking to create personalized experiences across our target personas, and help to serve up the relevant pieces of content to solve our customers and partners' largest business problems.

This is a phenomenal tool that lets thousands of individual reps share personalized and individualized content on social media. Thus allowing each person to become a thought-leader in their respective space and build trust and expertise that buyers are looking for in a world where products are some similarities that the role of the salesperson in paramount. It follows strict compliance regulations which reduces the stress on compliance officers and complies with all FINRA, HIPPA, etc. standards allowing it to scale safely.

I cannot find anything I dislike as the user experience is better than any other tool in the market.

My only dislike is that the entire organization doesn't buy in because there is just as much value for everyone beyond sales reps but compliance officers are still hesitant from previous tools.

Customers are looking for content to help them make key business decisions and Grapevine6 has helped our reps provide them this content and has built trusted relationships with key buyers s a result. It seems to be the platform that provides the most compliance options making social safe for our company without worry. We're seeing more lead, customers, revenue and repeat business.

The possibility it gives me to schedule one week of articles posting and to channel them to mor than one social network at once. Also, the possibility to choose a professional and a personal content and which goes where. We may also customize each post if we wish to and that is a way of adding a personal touch to your feed.

I used to have suggested posts in English, Spanish and Portuguese and I don't have it anymore (I was using a professional account of SAP and since I left the company I'm using an individual profesional account) It makes a huge difference!

It will make content sharing very easy! You may select the time and date of each post or let the application decide the best timing for each social network. I prefer the latter because there are different timings and it's hard to keep up with every post you have already made.

I'm able to share interesting content with my social network and keep them engaged. This helps me to know what are the subjects my network is more interested on and keep sharing them. Using it at Twitter has helped me to find other users who also share some interesting information and to follow them.

I use it with compliance approved articles for Linkedin and Facebook, and can also find and post outside articles. Very easy to use and schedule. Good and easy to understand metrics and allows you to choose specific interests that your audience is interested in.

The software suggests leads that sometimes don't fit the model of the type of lead you are looking for. It also doesn't always track your interests as it relates to the amount of clicks that you are getting. Should be more intuitive.

It works well, I would just use it in conjunction with other software.

Seismic LiveSocial is a helpful tool to coordinate approved social posts with the sales team. It provides an easy to use interface on the sharing side so users can share a mix of company-related and industry-related content daily and see the results from sharing (shares, likes, clicks, etc.)

On the social media manager side, the interface could be more intuitive and mirror the posting language used by most social platforms (e.g. comments= where you put the post copy which is confusing)

This tool has streamlined our process of controlling which content goes to which audience and has allowed us to set expiration dates on content.
