It’s easy to add and update content, and making changes is straightforward. I can also send different content to different screens without any hassle.

I was looking to create a single digital signage solution to show and this application has been very useful.

I like that I can manage each device and all my assets as I please. I can customize locations, zones, and playlists by schedule, or devices.

The asset size allowance per plan is not the best on the lower plan options. Per device pricing could also be improved.

If your comfortable creating your own content then screenly is a great fit for anyone.

We are able to handle all digital marketing from a simple location. Syncs up and easy to use for a better price than most digital marketing vendors who do the service for you. Deploying is easy and fast.

I like that the free version has a lot of functionailty. The ability to manage screens no matter where you are is amazing.

This is sold and plug and play. But it has a learning curve and it took me time to learn everything to display the videos correctly.

Ease of use with lots of options for a vast variety for many situations where digital signs are needed.

Some configuring options can be time consuming.

Biggest benefit we have seen is a reduction is printing materials and time used for getting banners and signs made up verses creating graphic for whatever we need and as many as we need to display.

Extremely easy to use and customize, very powerful solution for a centralized, affordable digital signage solution. Incredibly versatile for any number of solutions such as: Static digital advertising, document display requirements, mobile digital signage, projector signage, multi-screen signage, digital postboards, internal news and advertisements, and many many more.

The pro version lacks SOME features, but I'm told that the pro version is continuously being upgraded and I will continue to test this version until it meets our requirements.

Pro version Pros:

The solution is very flexible and allows us to group branches into different markets for ease in administration.

I wish we could get signage to "sync up" so content would change at the same time. Some of our installations have multiple screens appearing in the same sightline, and that would be nice.

Screenly is very cost-effective. We're able to deploy digital signage in all of our branches for less than the cost we were paying to have displays in a third of them.

1. The process to install and setup Screenly Pro is fairly simple, even if you're not an IT expert. The Screenly OSE (Open Source Edition) is also nice, but does require a bit more work to setup.

2. The web-based interface for managing assets, playlists, and screens is easy to use.

3. The wide variety of assets which can be displayed (images, videos, web pages) makes it easy to create a variety of content which is both entertaining and informative.

4. The advanced screen settings are handy in case you need to customize a particular setting to meet your needs.
