I like ScreenCloud Digital Signage because of its ability to create channel playlists and individual media playlists. This feature allows me to really narrow down where and what content is going, which is great for tailoring our messaging to specific locations. Additionally, I appreciate being able to set availability and time expirations for content, which is really helpful for adjusting during season changes and product updates. The platform being very easy and intuitive makes it an all-in-one solution for our needs.

I would love there to be a little bit better of a sandbox environment to play around in. Not necessarily with code, but a preview screen, just not on a real screen — a digital sandbox that you could trial on the platform.

I use ScreenCloud Digital Signage for announcements and photo sharing. It's easy and intuitive. I like creating channel and media playlists, and setting time expirations for season changes and product updates. It helps us narrow down content distribution effectively.

ScreenCloud is easy to use and intergrate with lots of apps that I've used. Customer support is very convenient when dealing with minor issue to fix.

Minor downfall I've came across is the third party players not displaying our contents.

ScreenCloud is been very helpful to our internal teams and customers visiting our office by seeing different content we have displayed on our screens.

Screen Cloud signage platforms are generally appreciated for their user-friendly interfaces, versatile content management, remote control capabilities, and robust scheduling features. Love to use it.

I do not like the PowerBI integration, it is very very very slow to show up, I better take a picture and upload

ScreenCloud is very easy to use and works with our programs. I can also add fun things like sports scores, News clips, and traffic alerts.

I have not found anything I dont like yet

Getting monthly updates out to everyone in the office, including fun facts like birthdays, anniversaries, when happy hour is and new hires.

Clean interface and is extremely intuitive.

With 3-4 years of using ScreenCloud under our belts, we are quite pleased with the package. The one thing I would suggest is maybe more frequent updates to feature sets and looking for ways to incorporate new features.

ScreenCloud provides us with the ability to easily navigate the digital signage world, implementing it into a secured campus network, allowing the control to establish groups (and in turn), specific rights to many users. It presents itself with a clean and easy to use interface.

Struggling to schedule screens in advance

It's an easy solution to upload digital signage to our meeting room screens in our hotel.

This product is really easy to use, quick to update and very reliable.

I would love an option to book meeting rooms, one of the competitors has this option but it isn't a deal breaker.

Immediate and regular communication to our teams.

It is ease of use. We use it in our environment and any person in any role can pick it up with little to no assistance. The ScreenCloud university also makes it easy for someone to learn how to use the software. They also have a range of devices to use for the app. Implementation is also very straight forward with their own ScreenOS hardware that only requires a network connection and a display.

While ScreenCloud is very robust, you can get lost in the settings sometimes and you may take a moment or two to find exactly what you are looking for.

Ease of use for digital signage so anyone can show content on the screen and not have to be in marketing.

Adding and removing content is quick and easy. The availability feature makes scheduling and removing content a breeze.
