Overall, School Messenger is a great tool. I think where it really shines is the new newsletter feature. We've used their basic stationary template system for a few years, but when they launched newsletter, it was a game-changer. The drag and drop interface let us have a far greater flexibility on how to design and organize content, and the new widgets added powerful new ways to communicate. It has become our go-to for any major communication with our community.

There isn't much to dislike, but if anything, I'd say that support isn't always the most accessible. It can take a few days or even longer to get a definitive answer when encountering a problem in the system. That has rarely occurred, though. The only other thing I disliked was when we first started using School Messenger, the design resources were a bit limited. This has been addressed with the implementation of Newsletter.

I would recommend getting school messenger. It's an excellent tool for communication and has some very powerful new editing/design functionality built-in that rivals the best in the corporate email marketing world. It is also very easy to use and is reasonably priced. We switched from Blackboard and never looked back!

Scholl Messenger really solves our communication needs. It lets us quickly and easily communicate with families, staff, and the community. It is a great tool to use during emergency closings, too, as it ties the ability for us to use SMS or a phone call right into our email system, letting us deploy our message across multiple channels at the same time.

School messenger is an easy way to communicate with students and parents. It is a quick way to reach all the parents and students in a timely. It is impossible to contact every parents, but with school messenger it is possible

There is nothing to dislike about this application

The problems that school often face is having to contact several parents in a short timeframe. For example, notifying parents that school is closed due to weather emergency. It is impossible to call the families of every students in a short time.

SchoolMessenger is a great tool for communication between the school and parents. The fact that it creates a single place to find communication from the school, makes it a great program; no longer needed to hunt to find emails and texts.

At this time using the app, I have not run into any serious issues. It's simplenot bloated, and it accomplishes with what it was designed to do.

Classroom emails, group texts make communication with parents easy. Social media posting is great feature. And although I've never used it has instant translate in several languages.

it may be difficult to get used to this type of communication vs "old school" phone calls and notes.

Easy solution to getting the message to parents and not replying on children.

What I like best about SchooMessenger is the ease to which I can send out messages to groups of people.

What I dislike is the way the system saves/archives past messages. It is hard to retrieve or review and look at the text.

Communication with everyone in my school community at once is crucial for any school.
