Clearly expressed vision for Scale Computing future and a clear road map of how that is going to happen.

I would like more hands on in depth training for technical engineers. In doing so to be able to express and answer in-depth questions from clients about the inner workings of HyperCore or Fleet Manager

The largest solution for our clients has been ROI and cost saving from VMware.

Scale is easy to use. Low cost. Flexible in size and form factor and hardware. Great for a small or large team to maintain.

Scale is simplifying the requirements to support a virtualized environment.

What I like best about the Scale Computing platform is its simplicity and operational efficiency. The HC3 architecture consolidates compute, storage, and virtualization into a single, tightly integrated solution, which eliminates the complexity of managing multiple vendors and layers of infrastructure.

From a day-to-day standpoint, the platform is extremely easy to deploy, manage, and scale. Tasks that are traditionally time-intensive—such as provisioning VMs, expanding storage, or performing upgrades—are streamlined and can be completed quickly without specialized expertise.

I really appreciate the Scale Computing Platform's ease of use. The initial setup was simple and fast, which was a huge plus for me. I also find the dashboard very helpful as it provides all the information on my virtual machines in one place, supported by great filters and tagging that make everything easy to find. It's also worth mentioning that compared to alternatives, it offers failover and redundancy at a better price.

I like how the Scale Computing Platform is scalable, easy to use, and easy to deploy.

They don't have anything that fits perfectly in the enterprise space yet.

It helps move the infrastructure business along, especially in retail and logistics.

Love the unified interface without requiring seperate licenses for needed utilities. Also the fact it works using any server hardware.

Only real lack is the ability to pool disks and memory together, in a cluster setup, so they are useable as a single resource for any VM. This ability would put them way above the competition.

Reduces the normal high cost of adding hyperconverged capabilities to your infrastructure at a price point that is taxable by small-medium business budgets.

This was so much easier to set up than other hypervisors I’ve used. Customer Support has been the best I’ve worked with, and the product does everything I need it to do.

I wish they offered more backup options, but I understand they’re currently more focused on redundancy and offsite replication.

We're a small business, but we service a number of customers. Scale gives us the flexibility to deploy resources as we need them, quickly, and with little to no downside.

When creating VMs, setting up the # of CPUs, allocated memory and disk space is incredibly simple. I've set up VMs running Windows Server 2022, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008, Windows 10, Centos 7, and Redhat 8. In my opinion, one of the best features of Scale Computing is how easy I can manage my VMs.

Scale doesn't (at the time of this writing) support Microsoft's VM-Generation ID feature. This feature is intended to allow for the safe rollback of a Domain Controller from a snapshot when there is more than one Domain Controller in use.

We had numerous hardware platforms that were approaching (or had outlived) their end of life. These included database servers, file servers and user resources, such as print servers. Numerous old servers could not be upgraded to the newest Windows editions and we were experiencing hardware failures. Moving everything to Scale Computing gave us an avenue to escape from hardware refresh headaches.

I appreciate the manageability and ease of use of the Scale Computing Platform. The initial setup was very easy with no issues.
