The UI can be modernized. Connecting one MDG to multiple ERPs is a challenge.

Also, working on field tranche improvements might enhance the experience. The cost associated with taking credentials and setting up users is higher compared to other ERPs.

The user interface, although improving, can still feel less intuitive compared to modern low-code tools, which sometimes slows down adoption for business users. That said, once the framework is set up, the benefits in data quality and governance outweigh the learning curve.
