I like how the interface is user friendly, also how well it integrates with other softwares

I think SAP can improve the license cost

SAP integration suite helps in fetching information from different platforms like SQL and it is helping us.

SAP make the work flow smoothly and easier, and once you learn all required transactions which you need and make everything single details under control, it covered whole business requirements

Alot of maintenance required to keep it safe platform which mean spending more money beside that the software itself very expensive, sometimes medium and small size company avoiding SAP

Delegates approval was alwyas facing problem , then it got solved after consulting SAP service team and they helped our company to solve that problem

The product has ready-made prebuilt integrations, which helped us connect SAP with many non-SAP applications we used in our organization (such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Hubspot)

It required some effort initially from the internal technical team to understand the UI. The User Interface can be made more user-friendly, interactive, and intuitive.

We wanted our systems to be interconnected and not work in silos. SAP Integration Suite has helped us to do so. Our team has become more efficient due to seamless data ingestion between the different systems.

SAP integration suite is extremely user-friendly. It is easier to extract reports from the software and use it for data analytics purposes to present it to the higher management.

Sometimes using the Tcode to generate a huge report can lead to runtime errors. This is time-consuming.

The drag and drop interface and constant updates from SAP for their pre packaged content are excellent features. The security features (like cloud connector to send data to on-prem system and encryption and encoding) are huge plus

Nothing to dislike but a point to note is that it is a pay as you go model and it can come with its own set of advantages and disadvantages. The message logs are persisted for 7 days in most tenants and that can be a disadvantage.

Time taken to build an interface is relatively less than in SAP PI or PO. While it can take few hours to build an interface in PI or PO, it can be finished within an hour in CPI

Best cloud suite to integrate both on-prim abd cloud integrations. We can integrate the existing system to different systems like slaesforce or any other SAP systems.

Since this is IPAAS, the configuration is complex compared to other IPASS. Other than that, it requires high-speed internet for the best use. Sometimes it gets stuck.

We are integrating different systems situated in different geographical areas. It's effortless to use compared to other integration tools. Integration scripts are easy to deploy, and we can automate the process.

Still it needs some more enhancements and features. Cloud platform is limited and it can be improved. Bugs reporting process needs to be improved.It includes proper trainings to customers
