Informed decisions about restocking
What do you like best about SalesWarp?
The ability to see my inventory in real time across all my sales channels is a help . SalesWarp helps me remain organized so that I can get the orders right, and do not disappoint clients with stockouts.
What do you dislike about SalesWarp?
Reporting features may appear a little elementary or crude. Report generation for an individual product category or some trends in the sales can sometimes be tiresome. .
What problems is SalesWarp solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of SalesWarp, companies no longer face the problem of managing stocks in several systems. This has relieved me the stress of doing it myself, and given me time to work on other important projects that my business needs.

What do you like best about SalesWarp?
Since 1982, Caroline’s Cakes has sold countless cakes and southern specialties throughout the country. Our best-selling Caramel Cake has been featured in Oprah’s Favorite Things, Buzzfeed, and The Food Network. With such a high demand for our cakes, we needed an easier way to import orders.
What do you dislike about SalesWarp?
Recommendations to others considering SalesWarp?
SalesWarp’s work order management system allowed us to import all of our orders from Amazon, Shopify, and phone orders into one system. Our order entry and processing functions were customized so that our corporate customers could place large orders and were ensured on-time delivery. Large corporate orders can now be imported to make the buying process more efficient.

SalesWarp has helped us streamline our business and improve our order management process.
What do you like best about SalesWarp?
Our company, S&S Sports, a retailer of sports apparel, accessories, and supplies, has operated successfully for over 35 years, selling through over 40 store locations, B2B wholesale, and on multiple Amazon and eBay stores. We needed to replace and/or migrate our custom-built sales management software onto a single platform capable of consolidating and managing inventory for wholesale, retail, and ecommerce channels.

SalesWarp replaced a homegrown, custom-built platform implemented by S&S more than a decade ago, as well as several other integrated legacy applications. With SalesWarp, we centralized our various inventory systems to manage multiple online stores, our wholesale business, and a large number of retail locations. We now have real-time inventory visibility across all our channels. Also, with SalesWarp’s barcode integration tools, we improved the speed and accuracy of our inventory counts.

Great search functionality, easy to look up orders even with minimum information

Can’t search by phone number, occasionally has massive slowdown

What do you like best about SalesWarp?
I am the Chief Operating Officer for a company that distributes commercial and residential party and event rental products. We have been in business for eight (8) years and have had tremendous growth the last three (3) years. As a result, we have expanded our online presence to include: 2 Magento stores; 2 Big Commerce stores; 3 eBay stores; 1 Amazon store; 2 Wal Mart stores and a dedicated in-house sales staff made up of seven (7) sales representatives. On top of all that, we import our products from about fourteen (14) factories overseas. All of this needs to be managed.
What do you dislike about SalesWarp?
Recommendations to others considering SalesWarp?
Prior to partnering with SalesWarp, we really struggled with inventory management and advanced order management required for this level of multi-channel selling. We really needed a much better Order Management System ("OMS") that would allow us to see all of our orders in one location, manage inventory, centralize shipping and distribution, push tracking information and respond to customer service issues. I cannot tell you how much time was wasted going into each selling channel, processing orders, processing customer service issues and then exporting all of that to a manual inventory control system. We were constantly plagued by stockless orders, inadequate reporting needed to order products based on growth, inadequate reporting for basic accounting functions and an inability to get a 360 degree view of where are customers are buying our products. I do not even have time to get into the challenges we had ordering products from overseas to meet demand.

What do you like best about SalesWarp?
The dashboard is very user friendly and the whole platform is cloud based.
What do you dislike about SalesWarp?
The support aspect could be improved. There were enough issues with integration that we were told would be possible that we ended up abandoning the platform all together.
What problems is SalesWarp solving and how is that benefiting you?
The idea of moving to SaleWarp was to consolidate all of our other platforms (order entry, order filling, WMS, etc.) to one but in the end, the migration wasn't possible, at a reasonable cost to our company.
