What do you like best about SalesVu?

It allows employer's and business owners to track employee hours and individual sales from anywhere. Which can help a performer to be tracked at the top. To get recogination from higher mangement this is the best.

What do you dislike about SalesVu?

There is not much to do dislike about the product but you can AI system for user support where our problems will be solved on a real time basis. This feature will add a new feather to sales Vu.

What problems is SalesVu solving and how is that benefiting you?

The use of salesVu is very simple. In the beginning it was bit challenging but after learning it is very easy to use. It's cloud base product helps me to keep track and link other other devices as well.

I think we were among the first SalesVu…

I think we were among the first SalesVu customers when we started opening our restaurant in late 2012. We have watched each other grow and the SV team has included features we have asked for. The support (almost exclusively with Thomas for our needs) has been fast and helpful with Thomas actually reaching out to third party vendors on our behalf. In 2012 there were only a handful of iPad based POS systems and we are happy we chose SalesVu. I have recommended them to some of my colleagues!

An affordable APP for a yoga studio

I was looking for an affordable app for my yoga studio to keep track of students and what packages they use. Easy to check them in manually or they can do it by their phone number or scan a membership card.

So many features depending on your needs. Check them out, you won’t regret it.

You can even track employees. It’s so easy to use.

What do you like best about SalesVu?

Customer support (Thomas) is awesome. The phone in system is cludgy but you eventually find good people (be VERY patient as you have to state your company, name, phone number each time you call for support then get transferred)

What do you dislike about SalesVu?

I have been using SalesVu for four years now. This is my first foray into POS. Their app is ok. Pricing not bad.

I wanted a system that would interface with my Quickbooks online and accepted Applepay. Quickbooks interface is cludgy, requiring manual updates and there's no way to get SalesVu to send transactions as Sales Receipts versus Invoices. The problem with invoice is you must then clear/match each and every one through QB. For operations without significant bookkeeping support, this is a complete PIA.

Two years after signing up, there still is no ApplePay.

Client support is excellent, but the support team is completely unsupported by the tech side and management.

I can't recommend this company and will terminate my agreement with them at the close of business in 2017. I'll find a company supporting my needs as there are dozens of player in the POS game now.

Recommendations to others considering SalesVu:

Look carefully at credit card processing implementation. They use World Pay which is SUPER complicated but the discount rate is decent.

It's marginally integrated with QB and not customizable.
