I purchased SalesPad from Cavallo and it was the pivotal piece that resulted in us choosing our Microsoft ERP system. We were able to migrate from SAGE BusinessWorks to Microsoft Dynamics GP + SalesPad in just a couple months with no issues.

Their incredibly powerful real-time dashboards and workflow automation allowed me to integrate quickly and reimagine how my sales order processes functioned. I also purchased their Square payment processing module in SalesPad to further optimize and integrate card payments from our website and through our call center. Purchasing SalesPad was one of the best business decisions I made in my 30 years in distribution.

The software is extremely sophisticated and powerful. It transforms Dynamics GP into a very modern ERP, more powerful than Microsoft's other Dynamics products. And yet the market at large is still not aware of this.

SalesPad makes all processes easy to run, fast and efficient. The software is well-designed with a perfect balance of stability and flexibility. We can rely on the base features, and then build what we need to support our business processes. We are able to support custom needs as we on-board new divisions, and then drive them to our standardized workflows over time. SalesPad has allowed us to go-live quickly.

Sometimes there are too many ways to handle an issue or build a solution within the customization options. We've had to backtrack on some ideas and take a different approach losing a bit of time. On the bright side, SalesPad's development team has always been supportive - learning our needs and helping craft some special and creative solutions.

We've been able to standardize workflow for production across 20 states so far. Having grown through acquisition, we've found SalesPad has become a huge part of our success in consolidating several dozen accounting and order management systems. Great product.

The company is full of people you can actually talk to and discuss your issues and they truly care about making your business run more efficiently.

I don't dislike much. I think they are human and make mistakes, but they work hard to make them right.

At this point, you need to be using Microsoft GP or Quickbooks to really fully utilize the power of Salespad, but you should seriously consider this system if you do. They are great.

When I want to find information, you have many choices to do your research. I work in financial/commercial planning and analysis. It is really helpful for me when I want to find the status of the orders. It gives me a complete description. I like it a lot.

So far, I don't dislike anything it's working good

I can track all the sales status. It supports a lot of data and it's fast. I like that is a very friendly program.

SalesPad have been my companion for years to keep the track of the sales with complete and full on details with categorized and sub-categorized sections. The dashboard is extensively user-friendly and provides full on customization according to the needs and demands. The workflow is immensely easy to manage in which every order is tracked and specified accordingly.

Only the accounting section needs to be customized because we often have to use other accounting tools to keep the efficiency for the accounts department. Other than that , It's been a great experience in using this software .

SalesPad have improved our way of working and in sorting out things where we don't have to hassle much in connecting things like prices, demands and stock availability. All of this have been sorted by SalesPad . It's a reliable tool worthy to give a shot.

We have been keeping track of the sales and demands through salespad. All the stock and material units can be tracked and sorted individually. All the workflow goes in proper channel and we don't even have to worry about any disruptions in sales or in demand factors. Everything is timely managed with much more precision and precision.

Salespad tends to freeze every now and again. I'm not sure if it's our servers or on salespad's side.

This software is truly dummy proof. If you click on an incorrect item or accidentally delete a document it's very easy to revert back before you deleting or changed the last part of the document.

Salespad helps keep our customer files organized. It loads all of our customer information and allows for quick access.

It performs well on a small scale. I used it mostly to keep my inventory up to date. It's straightforward to keep track of your order and track the status as well.

The user interface isn't the most friendly one. The software lags and crashes often.

Order tracking is very efficient. Customer and vendor information can be accessed very quickly.

Super easy to use and teach others. Customer Management and recording is also simple

Limited editing options and reporting is slim. Hard to edit payment information and address ship to management.

Ease of use but limited with reporting and editing/deleting addresses from system once they are save.
