It is very intuitive to use and has a ton of useful features. Customer service has always been great. It makes it really easy to set up email cadences. The interface is smooth too, very user friendly. Automating emails has never been easier!
Fortunately have not had any problems yet!

Love the smooth interface that provides a super simple ease of use. Customer support has been next level going above and beyond to solve any hurdles along the way. Salesgear has everything you need to build a successful sales outreach. They even have an email domain health center(much needed!!).

Salesgear solves the problem of keeping your sales outreach organised in an effective way! They solve the problem of managing all your multi channel sales efforts and keep in mind the little things that matter(domain health, email frequency, etc).
The system is perfect for all our needs and customer service is second to none. The ease of integration is outstanding, and I use it every day to take advantage of its wide range of features.
I haven't come across any dislikes. I understand that they are still evolving, and I look forward to growing with them.

Intuitive to use. Great and complete feature set. Incredible customer service. Salesgear is always growing adding new, usefull features all the time. You can automate email outreach, calls and record all actions taken in a report section. Even if you won't use their dialer you can manually record calls for the reporting. It synce very well with Hubspot and Pipedrive. Email set-up and warm up is easy and delivery rate is great. Triggers make it easy to set up complex sales cadences.

The interface for the user is super friendly. Also the stats, numbers and all the analytics showed for your email campaigns really helps. The support during any kind of doubt or problem is also really appreciated.
If we could set up a priority level for the replies we get during email campaigns, then that could really help more. Also if we could see which link has been clicked by the receiver, this can also amp up the game.
For setting up the email campaigns, keeping a check on the open rate, reply rate and other stats really helps in improving day by day. Also, the log it keeps about all the campaigns we've done, segregating our contacts in different campaigns with different tags and then exporting everything makes things simple.
