I recently used Salesforce Mobile App, I must appreciate the product because for the ones who wants access to CRM data on fingertips it can be the best solution presently. I appreciate the flexiblity that Salesforce Mobile offers in terms of customizations.
While there are some limitations to consider, such as the smaller screen size and occasionally reliance on mobile data. It is most important to note that for more complex task and customization desktop is better version.
Using Salesforce Mobile there have been numerous instances where I found myself in low connectivity but using Apps offline functionality I can still access data across CRM ensuring my productivity remains unaffected.

This application of Salesforce Mobile is the most efficient application of Salesforce. It gives us a chance to access it anywhere we are. Whenever we need to check on something in our sales presentation. It helps us make sure our leads are organized.
Nothing as of the moment as it is really a helpful tool that we can use. The only time it will not work is if we don't have or our internet speed is ver slow. But other than that everything is fine.
If we are on rest day, definitely we cannot get back to our customers that needs assistance even if we have time to spare for them. But because of Salesforce Mobile, we can help our customers whenever and wherever we can.

Users who are not tech savy but well versed with phone , helps to streamline business without more hussle.
The look and feel is similar to the desktop view so it makes it easy to navigate and find the information you need while you're on the go. Syncs up quickly with the rest of the instance too so things are done in real time.
There is limited development functionality and the views look much better in lightning. Would love an option to see how things look on mobile when setting up the page layout.
Immediate access to data in the field. The ability to log tasks, actions, and meetings on the road. Most of the benefits are around understanding the deals and where the customers are in the sales process.
