They're proactive and helpful.

What do you like best about Sales Tax DataLINK?

Saves time, integrates in to our software. They are responsive and helpful. Monthly updates on constantly changing tax rates, ensuring our invoices are accurate.

What do you dislike about Sales Tax DataLINK?

The cost of compliance with sales tax, this is more towards the revenue collectors, but paying taxes should be easier. At least with this software we didn't have to hire an additional person just to handle our sales tax responsibilities.

Recommendations to others considering Sales Tax DataLINK?

Shop around, compare prices, but also compare customer service, and average response times. Don't be afraid to switch providers if one is not a good fit.

What problems is Sales Tax DataLINK solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to meet our sales tax obligations. The main benefit is their customer service and not having to hire an additional person to handle this internally.

What do you like best about Sales Tax DataLINK?

I like that the suite of products helps with nexus and sourcing. I use the research tool extensively, but beware of the smart charts. I have found discrepancies in many of the smart charts, so double-check the sources with the state statutes/regulations.

What do you dislike about Sales Tax DataLINK?

The software is not easy to learn and I have not had the best customer support. I wish I had better training before we started using this software so I could be using the full potential of this tool.

Try it, it's a great tool for sales tax compliance.

Great sales tax research tool for 50 states. I can research transactions in multiple states in one place (although I still verify with the state website).
