What I like the most about Workhub is how it centralizes training records, certifications, policies, inspections, and compliance documentation in one easy to use platform. It helps our company stay organized, simplifies employee onboarding and training management, and makes tracking expiries and compliance requirements much more efficient. The customer support team is responsive and knowledgeable, making it easy to resolve issues and implement new features when needed.

I dislike the fact that you cant completely customize someone's profile to better suit what their certificate requirements are. Example: For a contract Driver position, you have to add multiple CVIP certificates for one driver if they have multiple units, but for another contract driver, he miught only have 1 unit but then there are 5 units missing, which affect the compliance.

Before using Workhub, tracking training records, certification expiries, and compliance documents across multiple employees was time concuming and difficult to manage. Workhub centralizes this info, automates reminders and simplifies reporting, helping us stay organized, save time, and maintain compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

I like that Workhub is user friendly, easy to naviagate for all end users

Would like permissions to be customizable based on our organizational structure and position requirements. Also like trend analysis that uses our own classifications and presents insights in a simple, professional format.

The assistance given by support staff is quick and concise. The Team at Workhub can offer solutions to real time compliance issues with expert advise and get our business on track. With several easy-to-follow Tutorials and lessons that are informative and easy to understand.

I dont see any real downsides. It works well with our needs. I would like to have know about this platform sooner.

Time constraints during onboarding. As well as creating a digital footprint that has become useful during internal Audits.

It helps me keep all my documents organized in one place, which makes it much easier to find what I need.

There really aren’t any major downsides. If anything, they could improve the trend analysis section for injuries, training, and similar areas.

The documentation and training are solid, and the compliance monitoring is helpful as well.

I appreciate that Workhub has everything my company and I need to work effectively. I love how easy it is to contact them when there are problems, which makes everything easier. The courses I've completed are totally awesome and easy to understand. All courses are perfect and excellent. The experience I've had with Workhub has been totally awesome, with no problems whatsoever. The initial setup was very easy and understanding.

I like Workhub because it's easy to run reports to see who is expiring on what training and to ensure inspections are completed in a timely manner. I appreciate its ease of use, and it's incredibly easy to navigate and user-friendly. I rarely have any technical issues with Workhub, and overall, I like it as a whole. I find it reliable for tracking employees' training documentation, managing assets, and handling policies and procedures.

I wish there was a way to upload videos to incident reports

I find Workhub solves the issue of tracking training expirations and ensuring timely inspections. It's easy to run reports for these tasks.

QR Code for workers to carry all their safety compliance and training on their smartphone or other devices, in case they lose their tickets.

The ability to create unique and taylor made training modules, can be cumbersome, size/file restrictions, but I have had Work Hub Support help. Otherwise, I find it difficult to provide any derogatory feedback on both the platform and the folks who support us.

They send out a bi-weekly report on all the employees that shows certificates coming due soon and I'm able to stay on top of the training and getting employees to keep up to date with their training and certifications.

I can pull a report for Client certifications coming due but I can't pull one for the online courses. I have to wait the two weeks for the bi-weekly report or I have to go into each employees file one by one and look to see if their online courses like WHMIS or TDG is getting near.

It is an easy way to keep all your documentation from permits to Transportation manuals and also links to Government legislation regarding the trucking industry or any other Government regulated industry. Keeps your employees informed and up to date with training. Keeps a record of all the safety training completed so if someone loses their tickets you can print more.

We keep all driver forms on SafetySync so every driver has access to them. Off highway Permits, Fuel Permits, Insurance, etc. any form a driver might need to show his unit is fully documented.

Something I like about this system is that it allows me to have quick access to the necessary documentation to be able to issue management reports, to be able to track the training of my work team, this system is very complete since I look to fill the emptiness that may arise in my business, this program is amazing because it allows me to make a secure synchronization to each staff member to evaluate the performance of each.

With this system, it is incredible to be able to have everything in one place, such as security documents, documents of faithful compliance by each member of the team, among many other things.

Usually I do not have to say bad about this system. Since when I had a problem with the software, the technical support staff has helped me efficiently.
