Sometimes reporting is a bit hard to grasp, but once you're familiar with it, it's very easy.
Definitely the best exchange partner out there. I've worked with all of the major partners in the business and the Rubicon Project is definitely the best.

Rubicon provides great reporting application, with in platform graphs and tools. It makes easy to quickly review performance without need to export to excel.
Feature that I love the most is Vantage - it's browser add-on that highlights Rubicon's ads on live page - very helpful when working with more then one ad-exchange and dealing with ad issue.
Also Seller Storefront and Deals app are the best solutions I've came across so far.
Luck of ad review center is quite annoying, also inventory management is far to complicated and is hard to navigate or edit without help of account manager support. Also they are missing of online help center/manuals - which means when you stuck on something and can't get hold of account manager, you are basically.... stuck.
It is important to set up inventory very thoughtfully and use easy naming conversions at the beginning as this will affect feature work with the platform. Also request access to help-center from your account manager at the beginning. They do have one that is for Rubicon but they don't share it easily as it is rather internal. I found out that they have got this after 8 months, accidentally on the training. I think hep center is very important at the beginning as the platform isn't very easy to navigate.
Since we added Rubicon as another ad exchange, revenue increased significantly. Also direct deals with use of Deals tab and Stellar Front are much easier to set up and find a new buyers.
A global industry becoming more innovative that continues to grow rapidly. Rubicon caters to individual business needs.
