What do you like best about RSign?
Ease of use is exceptional and it's a terrific productivity tool for both business and personal use.

N/A - there are no aspects of this solution that I dislike.

The cost is amazing, and the systems are much easier to use
What do you like best about RSign?
RSign is best electronic signature product that helps us customize the forms and create templates to our requirement.
What do you dislike about RSign?
This comes with so many features and there were no issues we have encountered.
What problems is RSign solving and how is that benefiting you?
RSign comes with sharable templates that are very useful and reduced the time sent on creating same kind of documents for esignature.

API's available, pretty tight RSign, the Electronic Signature, Brilliant and Easy to Use!
What do you like best about RSign?
I like that the deployment was a matter of instants and I could start using ALL the features from day one. Training was available at no extra cost, just wonderful!
What do you dislike about RSign?
Altogether a great platform, no complaints
What problems is RSign solving and how is that benefiting you?
RSign works as a fine tuned engine for documents and contracts. We are able to send documents to be signed on a single basis if needed but it also provides us with the ability to use it for multiple instances and automation.

Switch from DocuSign and I love it
What do you like best about RSign?
It has all the features I need at approximately half the cost. The staff is super responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about RSign?
I love the feature Click-to-sign because it makes the experience super easy for signers.

Nothing really, maybe the UI could be prettier

What do you like best about RSign?
I am paying half of what I did with AdobeSign and I have the same functionalities. Additionally, they offer me support in Spanish and the Customer Success team is very responsive and friendly. My clients love how easy it is to sign.
What do you dislike about RSign?
Maybe the interface could be prettier, but it really doesn't bother me.
What problems is RSign solving and how is that benefiting you?
With RSign, I send documents for electronic signature. I am saving time and money thanks to this service. My clients love it too.

Great e-signature service
What do you like best about RSign?
I love how easy it is for signers to sign documents. And I love that RSign is integrated into our processes so envelopes are sent automatically.
What do you dislike about RSign?
Mobile experience could be better, but over all it is acceptable.
What problems is RSign solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients need to sign a consent to have their DNA tests. With the pandemic, we needed to go digital because clients couldn't come to our clinics.

Easy to use and affordable
What do you like best about RSign?
Above all I love how easy it is for recipients to sign documents. I also love the "sign in sequence" functionality that allows me to create a custom workflow for the e-signature process.
What do you dislike about RSign?
Most of our documents are very similar or the same, so shareable and reusable templates save us A LOT of time.
Recommendations to others considering RSign?
design could be prettier. not missing any functionality, I have everything I need and it is super easy to use.
What problems is RSign solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use RSign for our internal processes because we need court-admissible approval for many processes. We are in the food industry so laws and regulations are super strict.

Affordable and easy-to-use e-signatures
What do you like best about RSign?
I love that I am paying half of what I was paying for AdobeSign, but I am still getting all the functionality. And I love how easy it is for signers too.
What do you dislike about RSign?
Shareable and reusable templates and rules save me tons of time every day.

I love this product, it makes my life easier.

Electronic Signatures, digitizing processes. It used to take me a whole week to get a document signed. Now it only takes me an hour or two.

Best esign in the market
What do you like best about RSign?
I like custom e-signature workflows, custom reminders and notifications for signers, drag and drop control fields, I also like the Business Analytics dashboard.
What do you dislike about RSign?
And it is half the price of Adobe and DocuSign, but has the same functionalities and better customer service. It's a no-brainer for me, really. NEVER switching back to DocuSign.

I just love everything about it—a special shoutout to Hannah and Olga from Customer Success. I love them!
