Definitely the responsiveness of the sales and tech teams. I am not a tech person but they were pretty clear in answering my questions. I asked them to set up several instances of nextCloud across subdomains plus another instance of Drupal and integration between Drupal and NextCloud. I stopped using the live chat because their response time on the ticketing system is quick enough for me.

I am using my instances constantly and may average 3 tickets per day as I figure things out. Like I said, I am not a tech person so don't I don't want to deal with command lines. Things have been easy so far.

I didn't realize when I started, that for what I wanted in NextCloud, it required more CPUs. Would have been nice to have that resource requirement list prior to signing up since NextCloud is offered as a service. It wasn't much of an upgrade and the support team did it almost immediately and I was on my way. I don't think it was a bait and switch or anything like that but if I knew the resource requirements, I would have picked the correct package.

RoseHosting has given me a peace of mind that didn't exist with my previous hosting company. I love that if I have an issue, they are able to respond within minutes and they truly work hard to figure out how to solve any issue I have. Plus, when I haven't known how to do something, they've been willing to give me guidance and help me learn! That has been amazing, as I'm always learning new ways to work within my LMS and to administer it when I'm not an administrator.

As for what I dislike about RoseHosting, I haven't come across anything yet. My classes run smoother; my upgrades are so much easier; and the few times I've had an issue, they've fixed it in no time for me.

I was with a very inexpensive hosting site, but whenever I had an issue, it would take me over 24 hours to even get a response most of the time. Plus, they couldn't seem to fully understand what I was asking when I would ask them a question. With RoseHosting, all of that frustration is gone. They're support team is fast in responding, knowledgeable in their responses, and willing to go out of their way to help me get to where I need to be. And their patience with me has been outstanding! They say you get what you pay for, and Rose Hosting is proof of that.

The admin control panel to review my services, pay bills, add new services and obtain technical or billing support is seamless and extremely easy to use. They are fast and highly knowledgeable. Always address my issues quickly.

I do not currently have any issues with them and have been a client for several years now. Would like to call them from time to time but email and chat are instant.

Whenever I have an issue, my problems are solved quickly without a lot of back and forth. It almost seems like they read minds. I really can't say enough. They are wonderful.

The stable services and excellent customer service service.

I haven't seen any downside yet,when i have one i will post it.

It solves the problem of slow website respoonse on heavy traffic.

Nothing to dislike

Anyone or any company can setup servers and create hosting plans, but the support in my opinion is what really sets apart one hosting company from another. When a tech issue arises or some kind of outage, you want a hosting team that is responsive and knowledgeable so they can take the error and quickly identify the problem. That's exactly what RoseHosting does...I am continually impressed at their shear knowledge when it comes to hosting and servers, which enables them to quickly identify the issue and suggest a solution or implement it if needed. Time is of the essence, especially if you use the hosting for business, and RoseHosting is there for me continually, quick to provide solutions...just very impressed with their knowledge and ability to implement fixes in a timely manner. Highly recommmended!

These guys are always there for you 24/7. They will always do the Best they can do and even more. They have answered 100's of questions from me and I have always had the same quality answers no matter how Noob my questions sounded.

Average response time is 5 minutes which is super fast. I COULDNT BE HAPPIER.
