The best part about roger is that it provide us with the creative template designs which makes it convinient for me to present the data efficiently and share it within our teams

The thing which I dislike about roger is that we cannot delete the unsigned projects and the data which makes the whole dashboard clustered

As per my business requirements, Roger is doing a great job by providing me the access to amazing and extraordinary templates. I don't have to look for new templates anywhere else. So far so good.

We use Roger to generate tailored letters of intent during calls with potential customers. By developing a template with fillable fields with the Roger team beforehand, we can focus the customer call on the specifics of the letter of intent that are unique to them. When we finish discussing specifics, we send the customer the letter of intent while still on the call. By the time they see the agreement, they already know what's in it, and Roger makes it sleek and easy for them to sign.

It's a little rough that we can't build the template agreements ourselves, but the Roger team smooths this out by keeping a clear line of communication open and implementing necessary changes to contracts very quickly.

In the past, we would draft letters of intent for customers after a conversation with them, but the difficulty of signing a pdf and the unfamiliarity of the details of the letter made it so few letters were returned. Roger solves this by making it so easy to tailor and sign the letter.

It's a fast and straightforward way to get signatures from clients, especially with the option of mobile. The UI is also very efficient, with a modern design and feel.

It would be better if there were more options for customizing the templates themselves.

It's made reviewing and signing contracts a much smoother and more automated process.

I love that I can set up templates for my contracts very easily. It's so fast and so convenient. I'm adding my required field and just hit send to all my contacts.

Nothing I can think of right now. They're doing an amazing job. In case anything comes up, I will edit my review at a later time to reflect that. I don't think it will be the case though!

I can simply "automate" a process that used to take forever having so many partners to manage. Our partners can simply review and sign the terms we agreed upon in just a few minutes.

We've used another platform for years, but it took days to get signatures back and the user experience was overwhelming and not mobile-friendly. Roger, cut the time to signature to minutes instead of days. I highly recommend it and the team is easy to work with and receptive to feedback. We had new features fast and up to date with their roadmap.

Our enterprise sales contracts are complicated and each one is a little different. It was difficult to use for this particular contract when they launched but we have no doubt that these agreements will migrate this year.

Don't buy anything else without a demo or trying Roger. Love it!

Set it up and forget about it, we can quickly send out new contracts and user authorizations that guide a user through the agreement with plain English descriptions from open to signed. Time from open to signature went from days to minutes.

Deals are closing way faster than they did on our legacy e doc platform. Super simple and quick. The team is amazing and responsive, and the platform makes it easy to sign from your phone.

Wish I could delete or remove docs that are not going to be signed, as well as employees no longer a part of my org. It just makes things a little messy in the dash.

Be aware that they have to upload all documents and tags for you. It is quick but there is no customization once part of your library. Other than that, an excellent buy for us.

Speed up the sales cycle, and make the sale process more polished and concise, all while improving conversion percentage and time when a deal is in the final stages.

Love the 1-click agreement feature which has greatly improved our signup conversion rates . The agreement email tracking feature is very granular, which is super helpful to our agents to follow up on specific prospects based on email activity. The team is super responsive and always ready to help!

The Agreements Dashboard can have even better view/filtering options and have more features to track when agreements were originally sent and resent to track signup dates accordingly

Tracking and follow up of agreements sent was a challenge especially when we could not reach our prospects and we dealt with lengthy sales cycle with multiple follow ups.

Roger has changed my business by offering a modern, easy to use interface, where customers can sign on their phone or computer. I've tried many signature tools but none of them have been as user friendly as Roger. I highly recommend reaching out to their team to see it in action! One of the best decisions I've made.

There is nothing to dislike about Roger.

I now receive signatures faster because Roger highlights key sections of my documents without my customers having to scroll up and down trying to find fields they may have missed. The ease of use with this signing platform is one of the biggest benefits for not only me but my clients as well.

These templates are extremely easy to use and allow me to send large numbers of contracts out quickly to our judges, officials, and vendors. They are very user friendly, and our recipients are able to quickly fill out and submit them.

I am tech savvy, and I would prefer more features available to me on the back end to edit the templates themselves. That way, when I need to send out an irregular contract, I don't need to wait for a Thanks Roger team member to edit it for me.

I have expedited the process of sending out contracts, which saves me time. We also have improved our brand image in a small way as using this platform shows that we are innovative and technologically modern.
