It’s user friendly, doesn’t allow you to make many mistakes, and is easy to teach to others.

It’s not super pretty. Sometimes it’s limiting, which is helpful to make it more user friendly but can be limiting in other things.

The best way to get use to Rock Gym Pro is simply by using it a lot.

It’s been helpful with discounts, membership types, etc.

Rock Gym Pro has lots of moving parts, which can be confusing at first. Over time, once you really know the software, this is SO helpful. It is incredibly unusual for me to have an issue with a member account/event/etc. that I can't find the answer to. It also seems like they have thought of everything! Plus, there support staff is very responsive.

Like I said above, there are lots of moving parts. This can make it hard to teach. Other than that, it works very well for us!

This is the only way to go if you are looking for software for your climbing gym!

It has pretty much all the features a rock gym needs and it's relatively easy to use, depending on how your gym sets it up.

We have multiple gyms connected to the same database, and every time I go to pull in a new waiver/document, it defaults to whatever the customer's given "home" gym is... but if their home gym isn't our location, I have to and select a our location in order to finish pulling in the document. It's annoying. Also.... RGP, you crash....a lot.

It's an integrated platform to keep track of all of our customers from all angles of facility management, from sales to liability.
