I love using Rocket Matter for its ease of setup; it makes the process smooth and straightforward without any issues. The user-friendly interface, where everything is clearly described, enhances my experience and facilitates daily operations. One aspect I appreciate immensely is its billing capabilities. The ability to search and find invoices swiftly—no matter if I'm looking for something specific or broader—saves me significant time. I find the document management aspect incredible as it provides quick access to documents, and the seamless integration of features enhances efficiency. The document assembly with merge fields capability is particularly beneficial, eliminating the need for repetitively re-typing documents, thus saving time and boosting productivity. Furthermore, the centralized, accessible document storage and organization within Rocket Matter offer better workflow management and matter context. The potential for cost savings is another attractive feature, making Rocket Matter a valuable tool for my practice.

I think incorporating a built-in text search feature would be beneficial.

I find Rocket Matter efficient for billing, document management, and calendaring. It simplifies billing, saves time with document assembly, and provides organized access to documents, enhancing workflow and offering cost savings.

This is a terrific time and billing program. (I have to assume the practice management aspects of it are equally good.) I'm a solo practitioner and this program is about as easy as it could be, while retaining maximum flexibility and power. What I especially like is that it is intuitive. It works the way I think.

I really don't have any dislikes. With a bit of practice, everything I need is accessible and there is usually more than one way to get where I need to go.

Rocket Matter is very user-friendly. They have been very knowledgeable and helpful when I contacted them for training on specific features.

What do I like best about Rocket Matter? Probably just how simple and easy it is. There is no confusion because it's all mostly common sense. Even if you don't know how to do something, RM will teach you! Step by step!

Although I don't have anything negative to say about the site, one thing I will say is that it is a little slow sometimes, but that could also just be my computer.

I work in an Estate Planning Law Firm and without Rocket Matter, we wouldn't be able to run our firm as efficiently. Rocket Matter is our "Asset Hub" meaning, we keep track of clients' trust accounts, invoicing, and payments. Basically, without Rocket Matter, working here would be much harder.
