Allows agents to be more efficient by having the clients fill out online questionnaires at their own time and helping agents uncover gaps in coverage.

Transformative!
What do you like best about RiskRevu?
RiskRevu has transformed the way that we handle information gathering for new clients, as well as existing clients. Our entire team loves it, it's easy to use, and we save so much time. I highly recommend it to anyone considering using it.
What do you dislike about RiskRevu?
The only thing I don't love is the format of the information when it comes to us in a PDF. We are used to looking at our own succinct application form - that is a bit more detailed than what's in RiskRevu's form.
What problems is RiskRevu solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have significantly increased efficiency in our new business information gathering. We were skeptical that HNW clients would fill out an electronic form, but we were wrong. I think they actually prefer it because they can fill it in at their convenience rather than 8am-5pm when we are in the office.

Brilliant!
What do you like best about RiskRevu?
Risk Revu can significantly improve new business and service workflows beyond what may be evident at first glance. I love the ability to pre-fill what is known about the client/risk and then allow the client to verify and quickly provide what's needed securely. Aside from greatly reducing E&O exposure I love how it makes the info-gathering process transparent, secure and convenient for the client while still maintaining agency branding.
What do you dislike about RiskRevu?
There's nothing about the product that I dislike.
What problems is RiskRevu solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces inconvenience of coordinating data gathering calls for myself and the client, which allows me to put energy into more productive activities.

Enhances client experience and time!
What do you like best about RiskRevu?
How simple and user friendly it is for the client or prospect. The questions are asked in a very simple way and then it's aggregated to one location for us on the receiving end to intake effectively.
What do you dislike about RiskRevu?
It would be nice to link forms to each other so as to not have to re-enter basic info (name, phone number, etc.).
Recommendations to others considering RiskRevu?
If you are looking to be more efficient and create a unique client experience that separates you from others within the independent insurance industry I highly recommend utilizing the RiskRevu platform. It leverages the best of technology to optimize and enhance the engagement for both the client/prospect and office/agent users.
What problems is RiskRevu solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest help has been the ability to send the link to a prospect to fill out the needed info on their own time and not have do it live on the phone or overwhelm them with emails and questions. It's one spot that i can send them to and then once they answer everything we get what need to get going on our end. It saves a ton of servicing time on our end and creates a unique user experience that prospects and clients don't get with other agents. They often prefer it this way and are used to it with other applications they buy things on.
