Rise Vision Digital Signage Reviews

There are many upsides to using Rise Vision. Everything just works, starting with the customer service and response time (which is awesome!) through the dependability of the site (again, awesome!). The presentation creation is simple, and if you don't have something in mind, there are sample presentations to help you get started. The process is clear, and the whole system works as it should.

The only hiccup I have found is when I try to create an off-size presentation. I have had some difficulty developing presentations that are, to be fair, pretty far outside the regular dimensions of the program. Customer service and I are still working on it. Everything else is fantastic!

We can use Rise Vision to disseminate information to students through the use of bulletins and graphics. We have different needs for different areas of our school, some needing video for the "Wow" factor and some just needing to display the menu of the day. The ability to schedule changes in advance is a very useful tool for managing changing needs.

We have Fire TVs and Cleartouch Interactive TVs all around our school and we've installed Rise Vision to keep everyone up to date on what's going on around our school.

Nothing to not like about Rise Vison. Very User Friendly.

They are allowing us to spread valuable information throught the school in a timely manner.

RiseVision really made Digital Signage easy for us. We use to run a solution that needed up to manually upload media to multiple locations. Now everything can be done remolty which saves us a lot of time.

The learning curve to use RiseVision is super short, and their Support team is amazing, with quick responses and excellent followup. The content they create is effective and intuitive to edit and adjust. Add to all of that a price point that beats everyone else out there I have no honest reason not to recommend them.

Ease of use and updating of weekly/monthly signage. Our previous method was super clunky and glitchy. This, so far, is not.

The system is super easy to use and implement. The built in templates are well designed and look great. It's easy to integrate existing google slides and websites to use with the product. We update the slides daily with no issues.

It's a seamless way to manage multiple signs from one place. Previously we had to manage multiple signs manually, so this is a huge improvement.

The visual appeal of everything we create and how fast we can push our content makes Rise the best choice for our school. It is also very user friendly in comparison to other digital signage tools we tested and vetted. Rise also has offered excellent customer support when we have needed it. They have ensured our satisfaction 100% after the sale because they value our business.

They are working on adding more device options to their system. We needed to utilize low cost devices that unfortunately did not meet Rise specifications, but they helped remedy this for us.

We can communicate our message to our staff and students clearly, effectively, and most importantly in a timely manner. The ease of use and ability to integrate video and other media makes achieving our goals easy.

The Presentations look professional, are easy to edit, and the scheduling of Presentations is top-notch.

Configuring new screens is a snap, and the software runs well on our existing Chromebox computers.

I wish the provided templates were more editable. It would be great to have more control over backgrounds, text positions, etc.

Also, it has taken my brain a while to understand the labels. To me, a Rise Vision Presentation is really a Slide. Slides are then placed into Schedules.

It's allowing us to have unified messaging on screen across our biggest campus. It also looks so much better than the Google Slides we were displaying previously.

RiseVision for our small school district has been a great fit since we started using it. Was very easy to setup and test our setups and then push out to all displays. Highly recommend for Education customers. Support and sales were quick to reach out and was nice to hear from the reps while we were in the testing phase of the product.

We have not had any issues yet that we couln't figure out.

Digital Communition on our current displays is much easier and works well from a web based interface. Takes much less time for myself to make adjustments after they updated their portal from the past.

The slides are great! I wish there were more editable slides besides the blank one, though. In a school setting we have a lot of announcements to do and it would be easier to have those options.

I wouldn't say I like the blank slide option. It never turns out right, honestly. But other than that, I love this program! I think we need more editable slides besides the blank one.

We needed something to show announcements in our school's front office and this is perfect. It has a lot of nice slides as well and so fun! It's been a hit for us!!

The customer service I've received from RV staff has been awesome! Far a variety of reasons, our college wasn't exactly a "Standard" customer. I started out with no clue about how anything worked or what I needed to do. They met me where I was and spent a surprising amount of time helping me over and over as I encountered new issues due to our use of older devices, and also because of the type of info we wanted to present.

There aren't any downsides I can think of, but I do believe they could update and possibly reorganize their interface. It has all the functionality needed, it's just that some parts of it could be made easier and more intuitive to use.

Communicating a great varierty of ever changing information to students. The benefit is increased student awareness of information and news. A great deal of time is saves for the staff not having to constantly produce flyers, and posters as well as printing and posting new ones and removing the old ones. Also, the cost of toner and paper is now $0. All this, not to mention the greatly improved presentation format that is noticed far more than the static paper signage that covered far too much space.
