What do you like best about Rippling Finance?

This review is for Core - Time & Attendance, but I’m unable to select that option. That said, Rippling has been a helpful tool for us, particularly for tracking time and attendance, and its features seem accurate and precise.

What do you dislike about Rippling Finance?

So far, I haven’t experienced any issues. Overall, it’s a good tool and has worked well for me and us.

What do you like best about Rippling Finance?

I like Rippling Finance because it brings payroll, expenses, corporate cards, reimbursements, and financial workflows into one integrated platform. The automation and centralized data reduce manual work, improve visibility, and make financial processes easier to manage.

What do you dislike about Rippling Finance?

I’d say the main drawback is that some Finance workflows can feel less flexible than expected. Reporting and customization can take time to configure, and navigating between different modules isn’t always intuitive. Some users also mention occasional delays or limitations in the mobile experience.

It helps me reduce manual finance work and manage expenses and spending in one place. The automation and real-time visibility make approvals, reimbursements, and reconciliation faster and easier, while reducing errors and improving control over business spending.

What do you like best about Rippling Finance?

What I like most is having my payroll and compensation information easily accessible in one place. I can quickly check my hourly rate and pay information without having to reach out to HR. I also appreciate having this information readily available when I want to review my current compensation.

What do you dislike about Rippling Finance?

One area that could be improved is providing more detailed explanations or information around certain payroll and compensation changes. A bit more context on how those updates are reflected in the system would make the payroll information even clearer and easier to understand.

What problems is Rippling Finance solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, Rippling Finance helps solve the hassle of wondering or asking about my pay details. Right now, I can easily view my current hourly rate and it’s always up to date whenever we get an increase—that’s really helpful and clear for my day-to-day reference.
