Filtering out unqualfied candidates, automatch, and the layout
We've had some issues with candidates not filtering to the corect stage.

It can be somewhat overwhelming - I would say less is more.
I would highly recommend Ripplematch if you need a clean platform to tell the story of your company - it has great employer branding and event marketing tools

I absolutely love the ability to match with candidates who have already expressed interest in a certain position. Sourcing these warm candidates directly has completely streamlined our process! I also love the ability to self-identify as a member of an underrepresented group. It creates such an opportunity for a diverse candidate pool!
I wish there was a way to view more of a candidate's application in the system without having to click. When working with such high volumes of candidates, it would be nice to be able to see their responses/location/interest for individual roles on the main screen where the skills and part of their resume is highlighted. I have no dislikes with RM, just think some content can be re-organized.

I am solving the problem of not being everywhere at once. With a virtual environment, I am noticing the benefits of using this platform vs. attending career fairs. As a team, we are steering away from individual school engagement and towards leveraging RM more! It has been such an incredibly effective avenue for recruitment efforts - even understanding warm leads are in the queue weekly! We couldn't be sourcing in such high volumes without your help!
RippleMatch has been incredibly helpful in reaching diverse, highly-qualified early talent across the country. The platform creates a simple yet effective user experience for both the recruiter and candidate, streamlining the most time-intensive processes for both parties.
I hope that the RippleMatch candidate pool will continue to grow over the coming years. After a certain point in our recruiting season, the algorithm has struggled to source candidates even after algorithm revisions. I believe this is simply due to the size of the candidate pool at the current moment.
RippleMatch is worth the investment! Not only has RippleMatch been an incredible sourcing tool for our team, but its Events and Analytics functions and their integrations provide a means of creating a centralized database for candidate relationship management and recruiting results across recruiting platforms and events of all kinds.
RippleMatch has greatly diversified our early talent development program not only in regards to demographics, but also in terms of educational background and professional experience. In effect, we've been able to recruit talent with very unique skillsets we likely would not have come across through our more localized recruiting efforts.

Finding highly qualified, diverse candidates for our entry level tech positions. Products are really easy to use and train our staff on. We've had a great qualified application rate and acceptance rate this fall.
I loved automated sourcing–since I was managing a team and also doing a fair amount of sourcing and interviewing myself, it cut down on the time I spend reviewing irrelevant resumes. Every week our contact there would give us a selection of qualified, diverse candidates who already had been contacted, and all I had to do was schedule their interviews.
The only downside was that we couldn't just use RippleMatch for all of our recruiting. It worked so well for early career I'd love to replace all our other job boards with it.
We were given really ambitious diversity goals from our D&I department, and given that we were a team of 3 hiring for 150+ roles, it was difficult to add that to our list of responsibilities. Another benefit to RIppleMatch is the amount of strong diverse candidates in STEM- we had previously struggled to find these student for IT and R&D.
RippleMatch has an incredibly intuitive interface, and the customer service is bar-none.
I wish I could hire all levels of open roles via RippleMatch - they should extend to a full DEI applicant tracking system!
As a small-medium tech company in Austin, we are limited by the number of campuses we can reach for University Recruiting. RippleMatch allowed us to get connected with the BEST candidates for our positions- regardless of where they went to school or are located currently. With the tech industry being remote-equal now, we are ahead of the game being connected with candidates from nation-wide schools we normally wouldn't visit.

NA. Really no cons. I wish we didn't even have to use Greenhouse and could use RM for everything.

Ripplematch has the most user-friendly platform for college recruitment. You can manually set it up or have one of your account managers help. The stability of your ripple-match account manager is a huge plus vs. other platforms. Also having a warm lead already helps out in the recruitment process.
Only thing is you can directly interact with schools and universities.
Ripplematch has matched us with students from schools we might of not been to with our traditional career fair schedule. We love that it takes a step out for us.
