I love that I can log into Right Networks from anywhere and access my shared files. I love how easy it is to get in through hotspot or internet connection.

I really haven't found a specific downside at all.

We can have mulitiple users accessing one shared quickbooks file from anywhere. I can work from home off my laptop or at the office on my desktop. It doesn't matter what computer I'm on, I'm getting all the same information. Customer service is great as well!

We can all tap into the software without having to tie up one of our company's computers. We have staff all across the world and to have a solution that works world-wide is important to me.

I hate to have to log in and out all the time, but it is still worth it. It can sometimes feel like our information is not on one of our own computers, but then the security of Right Networks brings me peace of mind.

Right Networks allows our staff and our accountants to use the software all at the same time. This is very useful! I am very productive as a result of Right Networks.

Functional desktop organization and ease

I can't think of anything really. It works.

Right Networks provides a familiar and functional work environment for accessing remote records.

Access to records and files of multiple businesses in one place. This streamlines my ability to work on client tasks without jumping between multiple applications.

Right Networks has solved a huge security and compliance issue by allowing our QuickBooks information to be accessed through the web hosting. They have also made day to day QuickBooks access easier than ever before.

Speed and I never have connection issues.

The tech support is awesome. They always figure out the issue at hand on the Quickbooks platform.

Technical issues that interface with Quickbooks. They solve the issues immediately. The techs have all been professional with great customer services.

Customer service has English thinking support agents and I have never been on hold for longer than 15 minutes, usually 5 or less.

It is a little pricey, but it delivers for the price.

Use customer service to do initial set-up. They are quick and efficeint.

Don't have to maintain a computer and worry about back-ups. Anyone with the log in info can access it from any computer. Customer support is there to support.

I recently had occasion to work with Right Networks, and after years of frankly horrid customer service experiences with other tech/software companies, I found Right Networks to be a real gem! Every person on their staff I interacted with, at least six over the course of the week where we were setting up a new interface for one of my bookkeeping clients, was consummately professional, extremely knowledgeable, and a real joy to work with. For customer service without tears, I'd recommend Right Networks every time!

Honestly, I have yet to find anything about Right Networks, from their actual software interface, to their personnel, that isn't top flight. So incredibly refreshing!

I needed to create a situation where my bookkeeping client and I could both access his desktop version of QuickBooks, simultaneously, from equally remote locations. Right Networks made it seem like a walk in the park! Previously I could only access the QuickBooks program if my client were physically available in his location to activate the TeamViewer program we were using. Now, either one of us can access the program, regardless of our respective locations or time of day, and without the need to disturb the other person, or schedule a time in advance. Brings the joy back into working while eliminating all the hassles! What's not to love?
