I like that Rich Returns is user-friendly for most people, which saves me from having to initiate mass returns and exchanges manually. The instant customer support is nice to have in case there are issues, and I'm grateful that all information is sent to the customer. The initial setup was simple and easy, with Andrej being very helpful in the beginning.

Some of the customer support has not been the greatest since Andrej left, but since connecting with Khalil, I am on the right track. I was having some issues and the support was unable to help with a resolution.

I use Rich Returns to automate returns/exchanges, which saves me from manual processing. It simplifies organizing on a larger scale due to company growth and is user-friendly, with nice instant support. Information shared with customers is also useful.

Returns fast an easy, but difficult to use as company

brand friendliness is not on top. It is just an easy way to develop a return platform.
