RhinoFit is great. I have been using them for a little while now. I am a personal trainer so I run a small business and it works great for my needs and has a great cost. Their customer service is also very quick to help anytime I need help.

I use RhinoFit as software for my personal training. It lets me automate my payments and schedule clients. They also have a ton of reports which I like. I also really like the waivers since they are integrated.

Makes keeping track of payments and reminders easy.

It would be nice have e text in notes searchable or be able to add custom fields for members. An example would be key card numbers.

I highly recommend implementing RhinoFit. Even with a small gym we were overwhelmed keeping track members, payments and reminders. Rhinofit organized everything and made it easy. We found that we were averaging missing $600 in payments a year of auto payments that weren’t working and Rhinofit solved that and paid for itself right away.

The price! You can't beat it. It does everything I need for my fitness studio and an AMAZING price. I have contracts, class sign ups, products etc on one platform.

The mobile app is really just a website. They need a better mobile app.

If you need a simple app to run your fitness business this is it. The price is amazing. It is not a fancy system but does what you need it to do.

Client management. This includes sign ups, contracts, class sign ups, product selling, and billing.

The ease of use and set up. Love that we can use on our phone as well with the app. Love that our members have ease of use.

Needs more options on how to set up memberships for training session variables, and how it tracks the sessions.

Structure on tracking

I've used mindbody, zenplanner and a couple other gym software platforms but RhinoFit seems to be the best deal and has great support. I've only had to call in about a few things that I needed help with but I've received quick help everytime. I also like that I can have as many members as I like without getting charged more. The billing system is super easy to use and setup. The automated emails and mailchimp integration make it easy to keep up with the gym and keep members informed.

In the beginning they had a few bugs in the system especially with reports but now it seems to be working really well. Or maybe it was just a learning curve for me... Other than that I would just like to be able to change some website integrations to match my site better.

Take the leap now, there are lot's of other systems out there but RhinoFit hits the mark and doesn't disappoint.

I love the reports you can run and the membership options are easy to configure. I like how I can customize everything on the dashboard screen.

love the class scheduling very helpful to see who is attending and what classes can be dropped for low attendance.

Every time I click on something it pops up a question asking me to review Rhinofit, which is why I am doing this review. So I guess it worked lol!

The biggest thing is just being able to keep my clients organized and process online payments for them. I've been using Rhinofit for the past 2.

the pricing is my main reason for staying with rhinofit. There are better services on the market, but the price ratio with rhinofit is better

I love how easy it is for staff and clients to use. Creating and configuring classes is easy and everything is relatively organized.

It seems to benefit CrossFit boxes, especially with how it prioritizes benchmarks and such. Even though it has an Assessment option, loading test scores is cumbersome. If RhinoFit could implement some sort of spreadsheet format where I could easily enter test results into a pre-formatted sorted data collector, I would find more functionality within the software.

I also wish there were self-customization options for iFrame (calendars, kiosks, etc. ) rather than emailing and waiting for RhinoFit tech to do it for me.
