We have sped up our shipping process 2 fold. We went from shipping a max of 1500 packages a day with our previous shipping platform to shipping 4000 a day with RF Smart.

Getting a shipping label could be a little faster. I would like to be able to batch print same sku different ship to locaiton orders.

Our shipping process involves many fewer steps to getting a shipping label with RF Smart. Less clicks.

Complete solution from basic warehouse needs (picking, receiving, counting) to more advanced requirements such as bin tracking/replenishment.

Can be complex to set up and get right, but their staff is very helpful and experienced.

Don't be fooled by NetSuite's "mobile" support for the warehouse. They only provide very basic functions and they will always be playing catch-up with RF-SMART!

Accurate picking, continuous cycle counting and inventory movement management.

As a company that never used this type of set up we had the best experience. Our Implementation consultant, Neal Von Almen, was the perfect fit for our team. He made every step of our integration smooth. Any issues we ran into, which due to his guidance was very few, we had no trouble working through quickly. We felt we had his full attention throughout this process and it was a pleasure to work with him. He was professional, kinda and understanding throughout this whole implementation. Kept us up to date of potential addition area that RF Smart could help us without the pressure of being upsold. My experience with RF Smart has ensured they will always be my first go to for anything additional we could benefit from them.

There is nothing I can say that I dislike. Everything went smoothly, we had a good time even great laughs. There was not a negative moment when working with our consultant or even our rep.

Our inventory was a complete mess, with inventory tracking near impossible. RF Smart allowed us to take the band aids away from our processes and ensure all our products are shipped correctly as well as keeping the inventory moment accounted for. It has allowed us to completely trust what our inventory levels are and trust that was is being picked to ship out is the correct and complete product.

Our experience with our RF-Smart implementation and product was near perfect. We pushed for an aggressive timeline, and RF-Smart met our needs. Our sales team, implementation consultant, and project manager were accommodating and patient with our team to adjust to our needs. I cannot write this without giving Tracey Kuhn (hardware and labels) a big shout out for her customer service.

Our operation has multiple subsidiaries in different states with multiple locations in some subsidiaries. This complexity has not been a hindrance with the system.

It’s the perfect platform to get more accurate details on current inventory and there locations.

After a year of using this system I still have not found anything to dislike.

Utilize it to the fullest and has become a definite asset tour daily processes.

Per my first part of this review it helps locate all the locations the inventory is currently with more updated inventory counts.

utilizing RF smart platform on scanning guns for receiving our store products has come really a handy and smart solution for our business in this fast-moving world .also Rf smart having a solution for e-commerce business sounds to be a great solution if any business is moving ahead with an online business.

There are no cons that I have come across until this day.

seamlessly receiving our products coming into our stores from different vendors has been a challenge in the past and RF smart has been a great solution to adopt to fix this challenge. Sales order picking can be adopted as a great e-commerce business.

The ability to handle barcode situations quickly and easily in a cloud environment.

The solution works , nothing to dislike. It's meant for small WMS needs.

Think through your Warehouse procedures first. Document them. Review them and ensure that they are ranked by must have, business process can be changed or through customization's. Most warehouse requirements can be simply changed through some minor business process redesign that will make things simpler for your team and increase your acceptance of the implementation and provide a higher ROI.

Small WMS needs that customers want an inexpensive and quick to install very light WMS solution.

The integration with Netsuite is a huge plus in my book. Using scanners to scan the product, fulfill it, and have it ship then it all corresponds to Netsuite makes the system well worth it. Having multiple scanners for different departments makes the process run pretty smooth with only minor hiccups.

Sometimes the server can get bogged down which can cause some issues. We have product separated into bins and sometimes it can get mixed up and something will get entered wrong and it can cause a commotion. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons by a long shot.

This system is amazing. It makes everything easier when it comes down to it. Making sure that the all of the orders are being fulfilled correctly and on time is a huge benefit. It is an absolute no brainer when it comes down to managing the inventory in a warehouse setting and the built in Netsuite works flawlessly. Give it a shot and you will not be let down.

We have a large manufacturing plant that we use rf smart for. We use it on scanners to manage our inventory by counting and receiving product in. Our small orders department uses these scanners also to pick, pack, and ship orders. This helps cut down on the amount of errors when picking the items because if you scan the wrong item then it will tell you that it isn't the correct item. Great for picking, packing, and shipping.

RF-Smart has been helpful throughout the whole implementation, from start to finish, without any issues. No bugs that all of a sudden pop up, because the product is still being developed. No issues that come up, just because we do something that some other customers may not do. No, it's working. It's customizable enough to make us happy campers!

When something gets submitted, it not instantaneous due to the way that everything is processed under the hood. There's most likely a reason for that... and we can live with it for now.

RF-Smart is now our Warehouse Management System and they're doing it right. No issues whatsoever. We can now pull items off the shelf using barcodes and do inventory counts and inventory transfers more efficiently than before.

I liked the ease of use, the handheld guns made keeping track of inventory and updating quantities daily a breeze. I also liked the ability to integrate it with NetSuite, both of them together took care of all of the needs we needed in inventory management for our warehouse

I did not care for the multiple channels you had to work through to update inventory quantities. There are several different screens to work through to update one item

Make sure you complete all of the training before implementing this software for your business, it's very complex and it can do various things especially when integrating it with a different software.
