"Revel POS is the best iPad based system available."

What do you like best about Revel Systems?

Ease of use, great support. Easy to install and maintain.

What do you dislike about Revel Systems?

There was a time during the pandemic, when support took a long time to pick up the phone. That has been completely corrected, and the wait time is always less than three minutes or so.

What problems is Revel Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?

Profitability is easy to determine, inventory is easy to maintain, and employee reporting is great.

Great product now with local support

I use this product across my restaurants in the UK and can't praise it highly enough. I have all the benefits of a well established product with lots of integrations where I need them but with the super secure architecture of iOS.

The project process and initial support from NFS has been first class and the credit card processing is saving me money vs my last deal with Dojo.

Hey I do not have to spend very much time trading my front of house staff. The user interface is very intuitive and simple to use.

What do you dislike about Revel Systems?

"iPad updates reset automatic update settings. If you do not watch out, applications will update themselves without asking permission. That can cause problems from time to time.

What problems is Revel Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?

Revel has helped us understand where are profit is coming from and at what time that profit is being earned. Revel systems has assisted us in adjusting our staffing schedule according to our busiest times and most popular products.

PROS: I like the software's flexibility. It's very simple for us all to learn about the system components we need whoever in my company uses the software. CONS: Nothing at all. Even though I was told to wait on hold a few times, it was always worth the while because of how helpful and useful the customer support representative is.

Revel POS is a Turnkey system with a straightforward dashboard and intuitive back office.

Hold times are a little long, but service is excellent once you get through.
