What do you like best about Restream?I love that Restream makes connecting easy with different platforms, allowing me to stream to Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube simultaneously, and I look forward to doing it with TikTok too. The multistream feature is fantastic, as is the layout—it’s really easy. The quality of the video is superb, with options for high resolution. I appreciate the ability to make small clips from long videos, which really helps me save time. Having everything on a web platform is a huge plus because it doesn't use my computer's power or capacity since it’s in the cloud. It simplifies things for my team, as I don’t have a lot of help, and it makes my tasks and back-office work run very smoothly. The platform is very easy to set up, more straightforward than others I've tried.What do you dislike about Restream?I find the connection with Instagram a hassle because you have to get a key and set up the video first, which makes it cumbersome. Also, sometimes the clips get stuck, which has happened to me twice. What do you like best about Restream?Restream has been consistently reliable at a great price point. I think I most appreciate their customer service. It's not hard to talk to a real person and have them walk you through until the problem is resolved.What do you dislike about Restream?For the most part, I have not experienced pain points with Restream during the time we've used the service. Any problems have been due to technical issues that were outside of either of our control. But if I had to pick something, I would say that it can be a little hard to find certain features in the dashboard. I often have to poke around a bit to find out how to access the Chat feature that's used to monitor our stream interactions.What problems is Restream solving and how is that benefiting you?Restream solves the issue of delivering our content to multiple locations at once. They also provide a solution for our occasional need to do simulated live streams. This allows us to simplify our internal workload and focus more on the content and less on the delivery.

What do you like best about Restream?Restream is one of the cost-efficient private stream hosts for embedding a white-label stream on your website. I also find Restream quite simple to use and integrate with different platforms. It allows my client to log in and stream to their accounts even without providing their direct credentials, which makes it really convenient. Their monthly packages make it possible to use for one-off projects.What do you dislike about Restream?The lack of stream analytics or live chat in the embedded streams makes it difficult to use in a professional environment. It would be really helpful to have the ability to start pushing an RTMP stream to Restream without it automatically going live. I wish there was a 'go live' button much like YouTube and other platforms have by default. Additionally, I had trouble initially because I was trying to connect an account that had manager access to a YouTube channel but wasn't the dedicated channel itself, and Restream wasn't able to detect the managed account. This meant we had to sign in through the original account, which required my client to do some extra work.What problems is Restream solving and how is that benefiting you?Restream lets me broadcast across multiple channels without the bandwidth issues or limitations of vMix, simplifying integration. It's easy to connect platforms, and clients can log in to stream without sharing direct access.

What do you like best about Restream?I love using Restream. It's very simple to setup and connect social media accounts. I have been doing lives on Facebook Instagram TikTok and YouTube for years and used to use another streaming program. What do you dislike about Restream?I have also gone live with guests and we all have loved it Restream is THE BEST out there. I find it very simple and efficient. It also allows me to view the chats while I'm doing a live stream, which is helpful. On one screen, I can see my chat and present at the same time, enabling me to monitor both and see how things are moving along. The initial setup was very easy because linking LinkedIn to Restream is a straightforward process, nothing complicated.What do you dislike about Restream?The cost. What problems is Restream solving and how is that benefiting you?The only thing that has ever happened to me was the initial screen once didn't come back to its orignal state, but it was resolved wuickly by support and since I was not live it was no issue at all - probably my mistake.
