A great tool!
What do you like best about Replicon PSA?
Ease of which I can run reports to summarize large amounts of information needed for monthly billing.
What do you dislike about Replicon PSA?
I feel like there are so many tools at my disposal that I am not using because there is no easy way to be introduced to them or learn them.
What problems is Replicon PSA solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes tracking employee billable time, vacation time, etc. a breeze which also fast-tracks monthly invoicing.

Great for Time and Leav
What do you like best about Replicon PSA?
The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics has used Replicon for time tracking since 2014. It's a great platform that has really help us manage time and leave.
What do you dislike about Replicon PSA?
That Replicon and Workday are not able to communicate with one another. The State of Oklahoma requires all agencies to use Workday for time reporting and payroll. It would be nice to intigrate the information between the two platforms.
What problems is Replicon PSA solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing the Bureau to manage employees time and leave. The comment feature allows us to know what activities each of our employees are completing or working on.

What do you like best about Replicon PSA?
The Replicon products and personnel are great. The support representatives are very responsive and thorough. My questions or issues have always been resolved quickly. They make sure I understand the issue and get it resolved. Most of my issues have been user error.
What do you dislike about Replicon PSA?
There are a couple limitations that I have suggested product enhancements. Nothing else is a concern.
What problems is Replicon PSA solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly user error or unknown solutions that they instruct for correction.

What do you like best about Replicon PSA?
The ease of use and convenience of the interface. The Replicon customer support is amazing. They are prompt and ready to resolve any issues or oddities that come up. The implementation of the product was very easy for us. Our employees use the product on a daily basis for a vast number of features.
What do you dislike about Replicon PSA?
Sometimes we run into consistency issues with reporting and notification behavior.
What problems is Replicon PSA solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our very complicated approval path requirement for both time tracking, time off and expenses allowing multiple layers of approval.

my month end report is also very usefull, tracking of overtime payment time off attendance and balance is great tool as well Replicon , great tool, that save me time and headache

be able to run reports at month end and get all analyze that I need, also having the systems doing the billing for me is fabulous

Really nothing, tool work great as per my need

Easy and Customizable Platform
What do you like best about Replicon PSA?
Replicon has streamlined our operations and allowed all staff to track expenses electronically. It has also reduced our spending on printing as we have captured signatures and approvals electronically. The platform is also highly customizable for all the countries we work.
What do you dislike about Replicon PSA?
It does require time for the initial build out and to customize the features.
Recommendations to others considering Replicon PSA?
Would highly recommend for multi-countries and operations. The customization of the platform allows for everything that is needed

We have reduced costs for printing, streamlined operations, and adapted to our new virtual work enviroment.

No software can do everything. I don't really dislike anything.

We have to follow CA rules on a 30 minute lunch with a waiver. We use the time to bill.
