What do you like best about Remarkety?

I like being able to create and schedule campaigns weeks and months in advance. I like the automated drip campaigns we can set up as well.

What do you dislike about Remarkety?

It can be a little difficult getting set up depending on your skill level or access to a developer.

What problems is Remarkety solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're solving a customer engagement problem. Our products are commonly thought of when solving a problem. So we're staying in front of our customers to solve that. A benefit we're realizing is an increase in average order value.

No matter what time of day or day of the week, there is always someone that responds within 24 hours, even for general questions such as information on my dashboard. I really enjoy the team that they have, and know they are all working for my company's best interests.

Dashboard could be a little more in-depth, but I can still get the information I need.

Loads of benefits, as our campaign revenue has increased steadily with their efforts on our behalf.

What do you like best about Remarkety?

I love that this particular platform allows me to increase revenue, our engagement and ROi through email and social media marketing. This is a one stop shop for all things related to marketing and it make my job so much easier to have access to this type of automation.

What do you dislike about Remarkety?

Sometimes marketing can be complex and I feel that in reviewing KPI's, the data could be a lite clearer for someone who is newer to the marketing work. I love all things marketing but the numbers side of it can be intimidating to me sometimes and it would be nice if there were an area that explained the breakdown of the KPI's instead of just showing the metrics.

Recommendations to others considering Remarkety?

Make sure you don't judge this form of automation by the price. it pays for itself if used correctly to reach your audience.

What problems is Remarkety solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have solved the issue of automating email marketing and understanding if what I'm doing is useful and successfully reaching my target audience. this is my favorite benefit that I've seen using this form of automation.

One of the main difficulties that Remarkety presents is that it does not have a landing page that allows the development of web forms, I would like them to implement something similar to give a better follow-up to visitors within the web pages that are created and integrated by this tool

Remarkety offers a detailed online course to perfect the use of your tasks. Most functions are fully customizable, from coupons to newsletters. It offers several service packages with different prices, depending on your project ideas and being able to choose the most suitable one for you. It is not necessary to have experience in email automation software because the software is very intuitive for everyone.

What do you dislike about Remarkety?

The CRM software does not contain an internal chat integration and does not provide budgeting or task management skills. The design editor is not very good, it doesn't come with common options to do a complete job

A good addition to Remarkety would be reminders and alarms available in the user interface, either in a group or individually. The software filters are simple and could be improved in the future

It provides a well detailed online course to perfect the use of the tasks. It has an eye-catching dashboard and the options are easy to find

The CRM software does not have task management or a calendar system. The free version is limited and has no key features to do a proper job. The process of uploading images to emails is long, there are no shortcuts to speed up the process and make it straightforward

The functions of the interface sometimes present problems of organization and logic. The templates can be a little better, with more options and a more modern design. They should have the option to modify the templates once a campaign is created. They could make the program more direct to be able to do work in less time.

It has many tools to segment and target customers, both for automated emails and newsletters, generates automatic proactive feedback on campaign performance based on industry benchmarks along with suggestions on how to improve, has a large number of pre-built email templates and last but not least features that allow accurate and fast tracking of customers and prospects

What do you dislike about Remarkety?

During my experience using Remarkety I have noticed some weak points that this application has such as its dashboard which I consider outdated and unattractive, the results of several emails can not be combined into one campaign, it does not have a free trial available to help familiarize you with the software and the price of their plans are a bit high finally I consider that the geographical orientation could be improved because it can not be oriented by zip code and does not use a map user interface unlike other similar programs

Remarkety is the right software to handle the marketing automation of an e-commerce store which seeks to increase revenue through the use of personalized coupons, follow-up emails with newsletters and product recommendations, I consider that it is not a suitable application for companies or online stores that have a small number of products as it would be too expensive and complicated to run.

Remarkety has a very responsive, fast, and personalized customer service that is a very reliable aspect of the software, easy to use and design, and easy to track. What do you dislike about Remarkety?

To be honest I think they need improvement, the drag and drop editor sometimes has errors and the templates need to improve their quality, plus editing when they do the drag and drop action is a bit annoying.

Remarkety covers all your email marketing needs. I totally recommend it, it is easy to use and has a clean, active and organized interface, it also has a capacity that is very optimal for working with large campaigns.

I must highlight all the automated functions, they are easy to configure and use, in general terms it is very complete. It is the best option for you, its cost is relatively low compared to other platforms, it has a work team that has greater performance and time savings, which allows us to divide the team and assign new tasks to them.
