The system is appealing and easy to use. Each step is pretty intuitive.

Nothing discovered yet. I am sure in time we will discover something that can be improved upon.

Too early to tell, but this system is replacing a previously used mass notificaiton system

The ability to send quick alerts through multiple platforms. We utilize the SMS and desktop client options the most.

We wish there was a capability of adding different sounds on the desktop client for different alerts (ie. DRILL vs. REAL EMERGENCY)

The simplicity and ease of use is what sold regroup to us. Much more user friendly than other platforms. Implementation was fast and broken up into several meetings so that you can ease into the system.

I have not found anything at this point that we dislike.

Our previous software did not show the data very well.

One area that could be improved in Regroup Mass Notification is the user interface in some sections, which can feel a bit complex for new users.

Regroup Mass Notification helps solve the challenge of quickly communicating with large groups of people during emergencies or time-sensitive situations at the airport. As an airport admin, it allows me to instantly send alerts about incidents, operational changes, or safety instructions through multiple channels such as SMS, email, and voice. This ensures that staff and relevant teams receive critical information quickly, which helps improve response time, coordination, and overall safety.

The ease of the implementation process, the user-friendly experience and the straight forward, logical way of sending out notifications. Vivek was excellent in answering all our questions and showing us how to solve any implementation questions.

Extra costs for integrating with other platforms, though the number of integrations is excellent.

It is supporting both internal staff messaging and external community notifications via multiple methods, while letting us keep control of the messaging and the audience it goes out to.

While the Regroup product is a great tool with intuitive user interface, I would say that what I like best is the customer service. Our rep, Andres, was super helpful all along the way. He took the time to ensure we understood the "how" and "why" of the various programming components when setting up the initial account settings during the Implementation Plan. Never felt rushed, always listened carefully. Excellent customer service!

It can take a little time to understand the nuances between "subscribers" and "contacts", "groups" and "channels".

Mass notification to our citizens is the primary purpose for us having this (or similar) tools. The ease of how we can integrate additional, non-emergency communications through the use of channels is an added benefit that allows us to expand our community outreach and engagement.

Very easy to use for our citizens. Knowledgeable staff to help walk through the process and re-educate as necessary.

Mass notification for our citizens. This has been a constant issue in the past where citizens have made public complaints of not knowing what was going on with the City and not being informed.

We had a few issues with people getting the app, hoping since we corrected that issue we will have more people using the app

As of now just being able to send out emergency alerts and notifications to the community. Will see how it goes as we move forward.
