Managing the invoices, expenses. in the expense management it's very easy to filter out the GST and TDS amounts which helping me to create reports and see how much GST we've paid and TDS. Sometime we miss making the payment. But here I have the clear picture of everything.

They really have to develop the report graphs on the dashboard so we can compare expenses vs. the invoices/payments we received. That will help calucalte the profit. also, if you guys can include the categories and type employee its easy to add salary expenses. Also its nice to have expenses reported by category.

It was very hard for me to track all my expenses and create invoices for my clients. Now on one platform i can do all these things and even manage my leads. I was using the trial from last few months. Now i got the premium upgrade which is really great. I only have to add my past expenses manually but now moving forward its very easy for me see all data in one place instead downloading bank statements and to check to whom i paid what and for which purpose.

Refrens is the best because its invoicing and software model template and technology have the best tools for invoicing for all business to business b to b and business to customer invoicing formats

Less customisation features in purchase the app

Its saves my time by saving my time and keeping my client details and database by invoice details to track payment history etc.

The invoicing and accounting feature is extremely strong with useful reporting as well. The presence of a supportive helpdesk makes day-to-day operations more streamlined.

Some more options would be better in the reporting section. A few more customization options in the invoice template is appreciated. Lastly, the requirement submission section also could be a bit better

Refrens offers a range of features that ensures that I can run my business in a much more efficient manner. Being a startup, Referens is the best solution that I could have dreamt of.

The Invoicing and accounting Templates are useful and hardly need to make any changes.

Could use some additional options within invoicing to delete some preset columns.

The entire process is seamless since it tracks your last invoice and keeps a proper record, the filter search process is useful as it gives all the required results.

What I like best about Refrens is how affordable their subscription are, and help small businesses like us get a chance to automate and integrate our business processes.

They still have lots of room to improve, that is why our experience using Refrens is open communication to give them the insight to improve. Because there are still some bug issues and other technical issues, I think it is still a good deal because of how affordable their subscriptions are.

Refrens help us leave the manual workflow of the unintegrated leads management system that we had. With Refrens, we are shocked that they are not only helping us with the automation but also our stock management.

And their customer service is fast respond. Even the CEO himself helped with our problem to better solve it. Event they make time to help remote my problem. If that's not above and beyond customer support, I don't know what it is.
