Some of the most seasoned, strategic and savvy people in the industry are within the walls of this firm, and I truly believe that there is nothing that they can't achieve--be it a rock solid execution at scale or the realization of a game-changing new digital concept.

The only downside is that there are only so many accounts that they can take on at once...but knowing them, they are handling their industry expansion beautifully.

CR has the ability to work with small-scale solutions and provide personable, thorough service while also providing large-scale systems and sourcing power. They are very knowledgeable of businesses at varying growth stages and have the experience to help develop a growth plan for the future. Lisa was there with me for every conversation and I knew that she had our business's best interest as a top priority.

My experience was a little bit different as I was working with a solution that was getting acquired from Creative Realities. Anything that could have been disliked was only due to the transition period and have no doubt those have been remedied.

They are helping me manage QSR menu displays with different state pricing and weekly changing menus including drive-through. They are providing a centralized system I can manage all of the displays with minimal oversight as well as providing tremendous pricing on hardware. They have solutions for every aspect of the process.

Honestly, the customer support and service has far exceeded my expectations. The team members that I've worked with have been AMAZING!

Sometimes the speed of reply to technical questions can be slow, but overall I don't dislike too much.

They have helped us implement a completely new customer experience in our store locations. It's helped us enhance the experience vs. solving a problem.
