The platform is very useful with many functionalities and in constant evolution to meet our needs. We can always count on the support of the Reech Team if needed.
What do you dislike about Reech Influence Cloud?
The search tool can be sometimes difficult to manage due to the big volume of available filters. Usually the support team can help to resolve the problem.

Sometimes the platform struggles to identify influencers of certain zones even with big communities wich is sometimes problematic even if we are able to register them automatically we loose some time by going back and force to the profile to get updates
