Has database issues when creating email campaigns launched directly from RPI

I would not launch email directly from it. We may have had a bad set up, but there are issues when deploying from the system. The list selection works well and is fast. I would export lists to ESP to manage email from there

Consolidating print and digital (email) marketing / sales numbers

I was able to teach myself SQL to improve my performance with the tool. I do not want to lose this tool now because it helps me look good with all the data gymnastics I perform. However, an architect level of design could prevent costly losses of time that an inexperienced user caused by ignorance. I like that I was able to do complex things (like SQL) with very little knowledge to begin. Reverse engineering jobs created by other users was easy.

Spiderman movies said it best, "With great power, comes great responsibility" Redpoint DM is very customizable but this flexibility comes at a high cost. A user in the org needs a high level of understanding to configure these customizations that enable powerful business processes.

Staff 2 people minimum. One to become the lead and another to become the bench strength. When a leader leaves the company you will be significantly disrupted if you do not have a backup identified.

Salesforce holds a significant amount of records for us. Over 9 million on some objects. Redpoint is better at querying those records and isolating those necessary for a business process. Also, I have been able to automate many data manipulation projects that save me hours per week.
