It gives me precise information and all detail. The amount of customization available on redash in unlimited, you can just keep customising. This is the best data accessing tool I've come across.

The UI can be made more intuitive to the users. And sometimes the tool doesn't provide results, this can be improvised to make the product seamless. I don't see any other improvements required.
